The master suite includes king-size bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, flat-screen tv, and balcony access! Enjoy the beautiful gulf views from the bedroom or sleep to the sound of the waves.

The guest bedroom includes king-size bed with private access to the updated guest bathroom. Watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen tv. The bath includes combination shower/tub with tile surrounds. The guest bedroom is spacious and large with plenty of space (not your typical small bedroom that other condominiums have).

The kitchen features beautiful wrap-around, cherry stained, cabinetry. Stainless Appliances include refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, combination stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. A coffee maker and kurieg are provided, for our java lovers, as well as blender, toaster, crockpot, and all cookware for preparing delicious meals.. PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free, an additional vehicle pass cost $40.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
