Low floor condos have magnificent views of the beach, gulf, and pool area. From the 6th floor you can relax on the spacious, private, 10 x 27, balcony and enjoy a multitude of beautiful emerald coast views.
The living room includes a large sofa and love seat with two ottomans for comfortable and spacious seating. A large Toshiba flat-screen television is wall mounted for everyones enjoyment. The living room adjoins the balcony and includes balcony door with beautiful beach and gulf views.
The gulf-front master bedroom adjoins the balcony and includes separate balcony doors, king-size bed, and private ensuite bath with double vanity. Need to sleep more but want to still be able to enjoy your living room? The awesome guest bedroom offers two-full size beds with twin bunks on top. No need to use a sofa sleeper for the kids... Enjoy your living room, watch those late-night movies, utilize your balcony and condo while the kids sleep in the guest bedroom bunks.
The full kitchen includes stainless appliances, refrigeratior/freezer, microwave, combination stove top/oven, and dishwasher. All the conveniences of home have been provided including coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and all cookware, silverware, glasses, dishes, etc.
Want to eat in? The dining area includes a dining table that seats six and is adjacent to the kitchen breakfast bar with three bar stools. We have plenty of seating for those delicious home-cooked meals at the beach!

The massive balcony is to die for. You'll not find a larger balcony to enjoy with a two bedroom condo. The 10 foot deep and 27 foot wide balcony is large enough to accommodate everyone. Ocean Reef Condominium offers 330 feet of wide beach (think football field), a large beach-front pool, and hot tub. An indoor pool (heated seasonally) is perfect for those rainy days. Like to workout? The fitness center and sauna is close by (same floor) but yet far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise.
Ocean Reef's location couldn't be better! Hungry for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Just a short walk down the sidewalk or across the street you will find Runaway Island beach-front restaurant, donut shop, and diner/sandwhich shop. The area's best go-cart track and putt-putt course are just across the street and offers delicious ice-cream. Gift shops are also just a short walk away. The Gulf World dolphin show is only 1/2 mile down the street. Pier Park is just 1.5 miles away, you can see the pier from your balcony. Enjoy the fireworks during special occasions.
