The balcony is one of the largest you will find in a two-bedroom Panama City Beach condo! At over 270 square feet, it's not just a balcony but an outdoor living space with ample chairs for everyone to enjoy the beautiful views of the emerald coast and quartz-white beautiful beaches while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on shore.
The master bedroom, with king bed, is gulf-front and includes balcony access with the same majestic views of the beach. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The attached ensuite bath includes combination tub/shower and double his and hers vanity. The guest bedroom, with queen bed, includes window views to the north and private access to the second bathroom. A separate large laundry room, including combination washer/dryer, is so convenient for washing or drying as needed and for storing beach items.
Ocean Reef is one of the most conveniently located condos in Panama City Beach! Across the street enjoy Hidden Lagoon Super Go-Cart Track and Putt-Putt Golf or walk over just to enjoy the refreshing ice cream. Also directly across the street you will find a delicious A'more Donuts, Fun Land Grill and Arcade, and gift shops. Fabulous dining and drinks are just two doors down at one of the best, if not "the best", beach-front restaurant's on the beach! Runaway Island offers exquisite cuisine, seafood, steak, and beach-front dining options. Walk right up to the bar area from the beach and enjoy refreshing drinks and delicious menu items.
The fabulous Pier Park shopping, restaurant, and entertainment district is only 1.5 miles down the road. Pier Park includes fabulous restaurants such as: Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Hook'd Bar and Grill, Pompano Joes, Dicky's Bar-B-Que, The Red Robin, Five Guys Burgers, Longhorn Steak House, Starbucks, etc.. Pier Park includes the fabulous The Grand Movie Theater, Dave and Busters Entertainment, the famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Kilwins chocolate shop, German Hofbrau Beer Garden, quaint shops, and major shopping stores, etc. For outstanding sea-life entertainment, take everyone to the Gulf World dolphin shows just 1/2 mile down the street.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
