We provide two FREE BEACH CHAIRS each day of your stay (seasonal March 1 to October 31). Our beautiful beach-front property sleeps 6 comfortably and includes an oversized, 10x28, balcony with enough room for everyone! There is a reserved parking space! No wasting time driving around in circles looking for a place to park.
Ocean Reef is known for its oversized, beach-front, 10x28 balconies with miles of coastline views. The property features a large beach-front pool (heated seasonally) and indoor pool (also heated seasonally). The pools are easily accessible to the beach for those that enjoy being at the pool and at the beach within close proximity to each other. A large heated hot tub is adjacent to the beach-front pool. Other features are: steam room, fitness room, sauna, and outdoor grills.
The balcony is configured to allow you to enjoy the beautiful, majestic, views of the Emerald Coast. The balcony dining set is wonderful for enjoying meals, refreshments, or enjoying a card game throughout your day. Relax in comfort on the conversational set while entertaining your guests, reading a book, or while listening to the waves crash on shore while admiring the beautiful sunsets.
The living area features balcony access with gulf views, comfortable leather furnishings, and a wall-mounted television. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances and breakfast bar. The dining table includes six dining chairs.
The master bedroom is gulf-front and includes balcony access, wall-mounted television, and private bath with walk-in shower and double vanities! Enjoy the comfortable king bed and abundant furnishings including the convenient settee at the foot of the bed for ease of dressing. The guest bedroom includes two queen beds and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bath includes a combination tub/shower.
The laundry room provides a convenient washer and dryer for keeping your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.

The property has one reserved parking space which is conveniently located under the building and close to the elevators. During peak season, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

We stayed in Ocean Reef 1705 November 22-December 7, 2024. The amenities in the building were perfect for our needs. The condo was very nice. Balcony furniture was great. Loved the tall glider chairs. The king bed mattress was too soft for us, so we slept in the queen room. The condo had everything we needed. Loved the puzzles. We will consider staying there again. Thanks for a great vacation!
