This beach-front condo, at the preferred Ocean Reef Condominium has been recently upgraded with new living room furnishings, comfortable sleeper sofa, balcony furnishings, and decor! Enjoy the FREE BEACH SERVICE offered for this owners guest, provided March 15 to October 31st.

This condo has 18 inch stone tile from the front door to the balcony except for the bedrooms which have carpet. It boasts beautiful granite counter tops. It has all stainless steel appliances and decorative tile under the counter tops and as backsplash in the kitchen. It has wide crown molding around most of the ceiling and floor.

Both bedrooms are decorated as master bedrooms. Both have king beds. The bedding is top of the line pillow top with premium linens. Both bedrooms have their own baths. Both have a 32 inch TV. The only difference is that one opens onto the oversize balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You can actually see the waves from your bed.

The balcony is one of the largest on the beach. Even with all of the furniture on the balcony it is not crowded and has ample room to enjoy the breathtaking view of the gulf of Mexico.

For your enjoyment, a 55 inch smart HDTV with DVD has been provided in the living room.
