For 2025, we are happy to announce that new, comfortable, living room furnishings and decor have been delivered! In addition to the guest bedroom bunk bed, we've added a new, comfortable, guest bedroom queen bed. Adults as well as children can now enjoy the guest bedroom and sleep comfortably. A new kitchen microwave has also been provided. Also, relax in our new balcony Adirondack chairs and take in the views! We hope you enjoy our condo and have a fabulous beach vacation!
This top floor, true penthouse, luxurious condo will provide you with a memorable and fabulous vacation. Enjoy a meal on the balcony of this condo and view the dolphins, schools of fish, seagulls flying by, all while taking in 30 miles of coastal views from east to west.
Our condo provides all the comforts needed for complete enjoyment. The spacious living areas are tiled and include sleeper sofa and love seat, balcony access with full length blackout curtains, a dining / breakfast bar area to seat 7 comfortably, and a full size kitchen. The kitchen features white wraparound cabinets, shimmering gold-tinted, Elida glass backsplash, stainless appliances, and upgraded extendable kitchen facet. All of the large and small appliances are provided such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Cookware is included for preparing large or small meals.
The master bedroom includes king size bed, luxury vinyl tile flooring, crown molding, balcony access (sleep to the sound of the waves), flat screen television, and separate master bath en-suite. Full length, blackout curtains are provided for your sleeping enjoyment.
The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed along with a bunk bed featuring a lower full-size mattress and top twin mattress. The flat screen television and DVD player are provided for private, guest room, entertainment. The guest room includes access to a separate, full bathroom featuring a combination shower/tub.
A separate laundry room includes a Whirlpool combination washer/dryer.
Tropic Winds is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Tropic Winds is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park.

Parking: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.
Please Note: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are Strictly Enforced. Property manager is on-site.

Location and the town itself are wonderful. The building was nice and amenities are good. The condo itself has everything you need, but nothing more. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. Easy fix, but not the best first impression. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
