-The living area has an amazing view of the beach and opens to the balcony. The master suite is
accommodated: with a King-Size bed, upgraded mattress and lines; ceiling fan; 47” wall-mounted HD
TV w/DVD player; USB bedside charging stations.
-Master suite also has a large sliding glass window for viewing the Gulf of Mexico and sliding door which
opens to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a tub/shower combo (equipped with 2
handicap/assist bars).
-The guest room is accommodated with Queen-Size bed with upgraded mattress and linens; Bunk bed for the kids; and bedside
USB charging station; 32-inch wall-mounted, flat screen TV w/DVD player; and ceiling fan. The guest
bathroom has a tub/shower combination equipped with 2 handicap/assist bars.
2303’s balcony is among the largest in the area and is completely private. The balcony is protected
from the winds and is relatively warm all year.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
