Ocean Reef 2101 offers 10' ceilings and 8' interior doors and is a corner unit providing fabulous coastline views of the Emerald Coast.
Our beautiful condo includes two free beach chairs and one umbrella for each day of your stay! The beach service is seasonal and operates from March 1st to October 31st. Come relax on the beach, take a nap, enjoy the sound of the waves, and de-stress!
Situated near the prime intersection of Front Beach Road and Nautilis Street, this PENTHOUSE series END UNIT with a huge balcony has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and has breathtaking Gulf-Front views that will provide memories of a lifetime. There is something for everyone at Ocean Reef Resort. The Condo overlooks 330 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water on the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the spacious private balcony that has been tastefully decorated for outdoor meals and relaxation while enjoying 20+ mile views of the coast.
Ocean Reef offers: A gulf-front, outdoor, swimming pool; adjoining hot tub; separate indoor heated pool; cardio-fitness room; steam room; and sauna. Additionally, you will have your own assigned parking space near the elevator that allows for easy access to and from your unit without the hassle of long walks to your car or wasted time searching for parking during your stay.
The kitchen features upgraded granite countertops / breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an adjoining dining area. The condo features custom paint and tile throughout, upgraded bathrooms with walk-in showers, and a laundry room.
The two master suites have king-size beds and separate bathrooms. A gulf-front master bedroom is located adjacent to the balcony providing private balcony access and gulf views. The third and fourth bedroom offer queen-size beds with separate jack and jill bath . All bedrooms include upgraded memory foam mattresses that will provide for maximum comfort during your stay. All bedrooms have HD flat-screen TV’s.
Ocean Reef is in a great location! Mini golf, coffee shop, donut shop, grill, arcade, and new Alvins Island gift shop are just across the street. Just next door, the beach-front, Runaway Island Restaurant provides dining overlooking the gulf. Enjoy the sunsets while enjoying a meal or your favorite drink at the bar. Just 1.5 miles to the west you'll find Panama City Beach's famous Pier Park Entertainment, Shopping, and Restaurant district.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
