You'll love the all tile flooring in every room (no dirty carpets to deal with). The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and has been fully stocked with all the small and large appliances you'll need for preparing wonderful meals. The Dining area has a beautiful wooden table with seating for six with four chairs and a bench along with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The living area has a direct view of the Gulf waters and includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and recliner. The furnishings are some of the most comfortable you'll find.
The master suite offers a king size bed, luxurious bed linens, and TV. There's a large sliding glass door that provides gulf views and adjoins the balcony. You can crack open the balcony door and listen to the gentle crashing of the waves as you drift off to sleep. The private master bathroom has a combination tub/shower and vanity with plenty of storage.
The guest bedroom includes a king size bed and beautiful décor. There's a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, vanity, and additional shelving.
The private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area and offers views of 20+ miles of coastline. The balcony provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets or sunrises, taking naps, or enjoying meals or drinks.

PARKING: Two reserved, exclusive use, parking spaces makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a free parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass. During Spring Break and Summer, please limit the total number of cars to no more than two.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
