Immediately upon walking in the door of Tropic Winds #1908, you'll notice the open floor plan along with the breath taking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf. This kitchen has been fully stocked with all the small and large appliances you would find in the comfort of your own home.

The dining area has a beautiful table with seating for six and more seating at the counter with stools. This is perfect place for those dinners with family and friends. Also a great place to work from home or play a board game with the kids!

The living area has a direct view of the Gulf waters. It is also accommodated comfortable sleeper sofa, side chairs, lighting, drapery, large flat screen TV, DVD player and more.

The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, luxurious bed linens and TV. There is a large sliding glass door that provides a view of the water and opens to the balcony. From the master suite there is an large glass door that opens to the balcony which is great for viewing the morning sunset when you wake up or listening to the gentle crash of the waves.

The guest room has a queen size and full size bed with luxurious linens and beautiful décor. There is also a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a single sink.

The private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises.

Tropic Winds is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Tropic Winds is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park, it is a 'world away' from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population. There are no high rise condos around and this makes a world of difference when heading to the beach. Reserved parking is provided.

PARKING: Reserved parking makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. No Pets.
