PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.
PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

We came down to Panama Island Beach having never been before…..found every moment to be just magical!……The condo we rented was simply beautiful,(every inch of it!)…… Our unit was on the 12th floor and the view of the ocean was gorgeous!….. Honestly,we spend 90%of our time on the spacious and very comfortably decorated balcony.The furniture on the balcony was so nice that my husband actually slept out there one night!…… We were by far most impressed by a kind and helpful young gentleman whose name was Riley!…… Riley contacted us upon our arrival to let us know he would be our “go to” person if we had any needs ,questions, etc……Riley became a kind voice on the other end of the phone that became more like a friend!….. During our stay we found there was no toaster in the unit( we checked every drawer and cupboard through the condo, but no toaster!…… Had we not just went shopping for our few favorite breakfast items (bagels and toast),having a toaster wouldn’t have mattered..,,,,Going way about the call of duty,within an hour,Riley was knocking at our door with a brand new toaster!(what person person performs a kindness such as this???….RILEY!!!…… I could go on about the many quick texts to Riley that he graciously answered during our stay we!…..we loved our stay with you,but appreciated the kindnesses shown by Riley MOST OF ALL!…… We will definitely be back for another visit!
