Welcome to our beautiful, beach-front, Tropic Winds Unit 1006! This property is located on the 10th floor which is perfect for your stay, not too high and not too low. It features an open floor plan with balcony access and gulf views from both the living room and master bedroom. Two words describes this condo: comfort and convenience.
Our condo offers many features to ensure you have a fabulous beach vacation! The condo includes a dedicated and reserved, garage parking space conveniently located on the beach side, under the building and close to the elevators, just steps from your condo (no wasted time looking for parking and easy and fast access to and from your vehicle).
The living room features, gulf views, comfortable furnishings, television, and sleeper sofa. The dining table will seat 4 people. The kitchen boasts of cherry stained wrap-around cabinets, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.
A gulf-front master bedroom awaits you with separate balcony access and private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and television. A private en-suite bathroom includes walk-in shower and upgraded vanity.
The large guest bedroom also includes a king bed and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a combination shower/tub with beautiful tile surrounds.
The separate laundry room offers a full-size front loading washer and dryer. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
