Welcome to our beautiful, beach-front, Tropic Winds Unit 1006! This property is located on the 10th floor which is perfect for your stay, not too high and not too low. It features an open floor plan with balcony access and gulf views from both the living room and master bedroom. Two words describes this condo: comfort and convenience.
Our condo offers many features to ensure you have a fabulous beach vacation! The 10x28 balcony is spacious and provides enough room for everyone to enjoy this outdoor living area. Unit 1006 also provides free beach chair service for our guests which includes 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup for each day of your stay. The beach chair service is seasonal and runs from March 1st to October 31st. Come sun on the balcony or on our private beach.
It gets better! Also included is a dedicated and reserved, garage parking space conveniently located on the beach side, under the building and close to the elevators, just steps from your condo (no wasted time looking for parking and easy and fast access to and from your vehicle).
The living room features, gulf views, comfortable furnishings, television, and sleeper sofa. The dining table will seat 4 people. The kitchen boasts of cherry stained wrap-around cabinets, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.
A gulf-front master bedroom awaits you with separate balcony access and private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and television. The large guest bedroom also includes a king bed and private access to the guest bathroom.
A separate laundry room offers full-size font loaders. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!
PARKING: One reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) is included, making parking a breeze! During the spring break and summer seasons, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. An additional vehicle will be charged $30, for an extra parking pass, to park on property. This must be paid prior to or at time of arrival. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
