The condo includes two master bedrooms and living room all adjoining the balcony with gulf views overlooking the pristine white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. This beautiful condo is one of the few Tropic Winds 3 bedroom, low floor, condos with 2 gulf-front master bedrooms. The complex has an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.
All items from furniture to artwork and accessories have been hand picked making your home-away-from-home experience truly memorable. The two oceanfront master suites have king beds, armoires, nightstands, closets and private baths with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom includes two queen beds, dresser drawers and a closet. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. The third guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination.
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigertor/freezer, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The large dining area has seating for six plus four at the counter. It also features a large separate laundry room with washer and dryer. This spacious condo easily accommodates two families with up to 8 occupants.
The resort is located just 2 miles from Pier Park, which is the premier dining, shopping and entertainment destination of Panama City Beach. Within a short drive there are golf courses, preserves and natural parks, deep sea fishing charters, antiquing and Shell Island shuttles.
Please remember this is a privately owned vacation home whose owner wants you to enjoy what they enjoy. Please take good care of it as you would your own home.
Parking: The property includes a reserved parking space which is conveniently located on the ground floor, under the building, and close to the elevator. During Spring Break and Summer, we request that you travel in 2 vehicles or less. You may contact us, prior to booking, if you will have more than 2 vehicles. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
