CLOSE TO PIER PARK. The Tidewater Resort is 0.5 miles from Pier Park, PCB's most popular shopping and eating destination with well over 100 shops, restaurant, IMAX theatre and more. It is an easy walk for most people. Located on PCB's family oriented west end, the Tidewater Resort is arguably PCB's most luxurious condo resort. It is a true resort with it's own movie theatre (showing free movies on Wednesday and Saturday nights in season), a HUGE oceanfront exercise/fitness area (that includes treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, Roman spa and even women's and men's separate sauna and steam rooms), Starbucks and ice cream shop on site, inside oceanside cafe, east pool side Tiki Bar that serves food in addition to beverages, two large outdoor swimming pools, and one indoor pool.
Our unit, located on the 13th floor, is one of the highly sought after east end corner units with virtually all glass breathtaking views in the living area. In shopping for a condo, we literally searched all over Florida and Alabama. This unit has the most incredible views of any we have seen.
TWO MASTER SUITES, each with ocean views and king sized beds. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed. And there is a bunk area nestled in its own private area just off the queen sized bedroom's bathroom. The bunk has two twin bunks, plus another trundle bed pullout. Also in the unit are two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PURSUANT TO HOA RULES IS 10 PERSONS. So there is plenty of room for everyone!

NOTWITHSTANDING anything to the contrary, if due to order by the State of Florida, Bay County, or the City of Panama City Beach, we are prohibited from renting the property or the beach is closed to the public due to pandemic related issues during the above rental period, the Guest(s) will be entitled to a 100% refund (subject to possible VRBO fees) should the Guest(s) choose not to come.

This place is stunning, as beautiful as the pictures! Spacious with a great view. Right on the beach with good amenities on the property. Brent is quickly responsive, accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Renea L.Million Dollar View - Beautiful Condo - Attentive Owner
A group of 6 of us traveled to PBC for a wedding. We were excited to find this condo as each of the three bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom. The first impression upon entering is the beautiful gulf view. The condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. There is fantasy brown quartzite counter tops throughout - beautiful. There is plenty of places to sit in the living room and eating area. We had a storm one night that took out the power. Brent, the owner, contacted us and let us know how to reset the air conditioning system. There are two outdoor pools (a bit chilly for our stay) and two outdoor hot tubs. There is also a indoor pool and indoor spa with two hot tubs. PCB has a lot of awesome restaurants ( we especially enjoyed Sharky's on the beach), and lots of activities for families. However, my favorite thing to do was take beach walks. I highly recommend this condo.

Our family of 9 enjoyed staying at this condo! It was very spacious for all of us. It is conveniently located in Panama City Beach. The view was breathtaking! Brent is hands down the best landlord we have ever dealt with. He made every step simple for us and he was very kind, we strongly recommend staying here and we will again in the future :)

I would highly recommend renting this condo. The views of the beach are incredible, and there was a lot to enjoy nearby for the whole family. Brent was extremely attentive and quick to respond to requests, as well as sending very helpful information regarding the building and PCB area. The elevators definitely can be slow in the building, so time your trips to avoid check-in/check-out if possible.

Brent was simply the nicest host ever!I I planned 1317 Tidewater since November 2019 and was so excited from the pictures to get there!! it was absolutely beautiful, the views were perfect and the condo was at the best location..I will be back!!!!you will not be disappointed in this very quiet corner unit!!
