PAWS IN THE SAND is a beautiful new pet-friendly, with gated yard, private sparkling pool, beach home located in North Cape San Blas. There are 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bathroom. The home has extra-wide 12X30 comfortable decks and a 1/2 acre yard. Hardwood floors throughout, no carpet! The Beach and Bay is only a 5 minute walk with private access. The bay access includes kayak launching or possibly a small boat. State park is within a 1/2 mile.

There are 3 bedrooms home with 2½ baths. No need to worry about children sleeping on a different level from parents, all bedrooms are on the same floor, cable TV and WIFI throughout the house.

There is a large kitchen with many household appliances for all your needs, including an extra large refrigerator all your goodies. Also, there is a second full size refrigerator in the foyer to store your favorite beverages while you are BBQing or enjoying the firepit or pool.

The home is in a secluded area located in a very quiet, pet-friendly area with low noise and sparse traffic. No houses on all four sides gives complete privacy to enjoy a relaxing time by the sparkling pool.
