Welcome to "Coastline Journey"! Brand new home, completed in summer 2019! Perfectly designed floor plan with over 3,300 square feet plus 600 square feet of additional decks and balconies that will give you plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable.
Located within the beautiful Villas of Frangista gated community, our home is within walking distance to the Gulf's emerald waters and beautiful white sand beaches, or a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and ever-so-popular beachside bars such as Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, and Surf Hut! If shopping is on your itinerary, our home is within 2 miles of the famous Silver Sands Outlet mall, high-end retail at Shops at Grand Boulevard (Lilly Pulitzer, Peter, Millar, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, etc.), and Destin Commons.
Our home is incredibly well-appointed in coastal decor and boasts all the creature comforts for your loved ones, to include a private saltwater pool, complimentary golf cart, and private beach access! On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area - perfect for entertaining! The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with plenty of seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional), sun bathing area, grilling station with propane grill, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!
The second floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms.
The third floor features a king bedroom + bunkroom with 2 built in queen over queen bunk beds, ping pong table, and full Jack/Jill bathroom for the kids to take baths before bedtime!

Additional Details: Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $400+tax. The golf cart will have a full tank of gas when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.

Damage Policy is $179 and covers you for up to $650 of assessed damage
Administrative Fee is 5% of the reservation total
The standard rate is based upon an occupancy total of 16 guests. If your guest total is greater than 16 people, there is a $100 fee for each person over 3 years old.
Cancellation Policy: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date.

Best week long vacation yet. The aqua marine house at miramar beach was perfect for our 24 family members. We used the 6 passenger golf cart to usher people back and forth to the beach which was straight down the street from the house. So convenient. The pool was a dream. With 9 bedrooms and 9 baths everybody had a bed and bath to themselves. Checking in was so easy and our contact person Corman was always available by text so very accommodating. Highly recommend and we are going back, God willing.

We’ve stayed multiple times at this same house. It is HUGE with a great pool that kids love. Just a few blocks from the beach. An easy walk or take the GOLF CART parked in the driveway! The house has been immaculately clean every time we’ve stayed. Any time we had questions about anything we called the owners. Aubrey was always very responsive. We would recommend this house to anyone. The ocean is the most beautiful in the US.

Excellent location - just a quick and fun golf cart ride to the beach and convenient to everything. The house and salt-water pool are fabulous, but what made this trip special was our hosts, Aubrey and his family. They are local, very attentive, accommodating, kind and full of local tips to ensure you have an amazing time. We will stay here for years to come.

Our family stayed in this vacation home the week of Labor Day 2021. The house is immaculate with all the comforts of home but upscale beach decor. The setup of the bedrooms was perfect for our family. Most of us are older couples with grown children that have spouses. The bathrooms in each bedroom was a huge benefit. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil, pot, pan or appliance you may need. The pool was alot larger than I expected too. The wine cooler in the kitchen is a nice addition for extra room for drinks. Unlike most homes in this same neighborhood, Coastline Journey has ample parking. We were able to strategically park 7 vehicles and the golf cart without parking on the grass or the street at night. There was definitely alot of thought and time put into the layout of the home, outdoor area and parking at this vacation rental. Brie and Aubrey were there to answer all my questions from the beginning, through the trip and at checkout. The maintenance supervisor was also there to answer any questions that we had during the stay. Overall it was a great time at a wonderful vacation rental !! No one in our group had one bad thing to say at this location. If you have a large family , with alot of couples, we highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home near the beach; it was perfect for our large family group and close to everything we needed. It had all the amenities along with a private pool and backyard area. The management group was very responsive as well. Getting the golf cart was awesome, we will definitely stay again!
