This cute clean spacious two bedroom two bath home with a huge fenced back yard is a wonderful way to vacation and stay safe during these troubled times. And it's dog friendly.
We are located very close to a beach access park with parking and a small river park that is dog friendly. All the conveniences of home, even a Weber gas grill for your enjoyment. The kitchen has all the conveniences even a through the door ice and water dispenser and dishwasher.
Sleep comfortably on a brand new Queen bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds and the living room has a new leather sofa sleeper.
Enjoy the screened lanai overlooking the large fenced yard, it is wonderful place in the evening to watch the sun set over the river.
We also have a laundry room for your convenience.

Great location on a short quiet street in the center of the barrier island only a block to either Ocean or River. Just around the corner you have a 7 Eleven convenience mart, a Red Lobster restaurant, a waffle house, a Taco restaurant that serves liqueur on their veranda and even an Ice cream shop.
Just down the street a few blocks north is Daytona's Drive in Church. Publix grocery store and Walgreens are also only a very short drive away.

About the owner: I am Jerry Weidner from Chicago IL. I and my late wife have been renting our Daytona Beach vacation condos, for over 18 years now.
My wife's sister and my brother-in law have been renting this home for our annual family get togethers in late Oct into April each year. They love their pets 2 rather large dogs that we could not have at any of our properties. This year the owner told them that it would be the last time because he was selling. They bought the house and added it to our vacation rental offerings. This way they always have a place to stay when coming to the beach.
Why this property? Very few dog friendly homes in the area and this is in a terrific location.
On a quiet street yet close to everything!

I rented this house for a Biketoberfest in October. It is walking distance from the beach, approximately one block and just a couple of miles from Main Street. The house itself it every need that I had. Although the driveway is a little small, the rest of the house does, do exactly what I need for a beach rental! I will read this property again in the future!

I am SO GLAD we booked this place!! It was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & PERFECT!! Jerry was REALLY NICE & VERY HELPFUL BEFORE & EVEN AFTER OUR STAY THERE!! We stayed a total of 7 nights. It had a HUGE fenced in back yard that was perfect for our fur baby Onyx and our almost 2 yr old grandson!! It was SO CLOSE to everything we needed from restaurants to gas stations to bars & was in walking distance to the beach (2 blocks at most) but really just a block, then you cross the main road and you are there! We WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS CUTE PLACE that had everything you needed to feel at home!! We cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen, and grilled out a few nights with the huge grill they provided out back. It also had a washer & dryer! Literally every luxury you’d have at home! GREAT PLACE!!!!

Wonderful house, very homey and welcoming. Great location, short walk to the beach but on a nice quite street. Everything you need for a great family vacation. Love the house and so much more room than a hotel. Great value for your money.

Nice, clean, safe vacation spot. Especially for families with dogs! Huge fenced backyard. My dogs loved running around back there. All grass! Nicely manicured. Home is equipped with everything you need. Very homey. Nice, comfy couch! The owner, Jerry, is very communicative. You won’t be disappointed!

Located only two blocks from ocean shores, nearby parks, eateries (pizza, Spanish food, breakfast diner, ice cream, waffles) minutes from local grocer and beverages. Lock yourself inside for all the comforts of home and more. Every room offers a reminder of why you would choose this beautiful and amazing beach house. You will return without a doubt, and will leave you missing memories deep within your heart. Fenced in backyard perfect for children and pets. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy this gem all night and day long. Naps required!!

We rented that house at first from 15 days and extended for 40 days. The house is very comfortable! The backyard is huge and fence in and our dogs are super happy here. Location is awesome walking to the ocean or river Or places to eat or shop That house have everything you need and more. Decor is adorable ! Jerry is amazing to work with. We recommend this place 100%

I was stuck in a bind with trying to buy a house and the closing date kept getting pushed back. My lease was up and I needed a place quick. Jerry was awesome to work with. I told him my situation and he kept the house available to me while I was trying to close! It is a great cozy house, with plenty of amenities. It is a block from the beach, which is great! I enjoy the beach during the evenings and it was nice to be right there! There are plenty of restaurants in the are for your choosing. It is a quiet neighborhood which is a plus in my book! Again, Jerry was great to work with, he was available every time I called and had a question! I am definitely going to recommend this place to any of my out of town friends and family! Thank you Jerry for everything and being willing to work with me and the craziness of closing on a house!
