What a nice stay at this condo in Farmington Vistas in the Plantation development. The layout of the condo is perfect and overlooks tee boxes for #2 on the Plantation golf course. The location is perfect for golf, restaurants, and enjoying Venice downtown for all its beaches, music, and activities. All necessities were provided, including beach umbrella and beach chairs. Paul is very responsive for anything needed, more hangers, in my case, and they arrived the next day. A friendly group of people at the pool and in the nearby condos added to the enjoyment. I very much enjoyed staying and getting to know this area of the Florida coast. Thank you, Paul!

Very nice condo in a great location for things to do in Venice. We have stayed in Plantation before and find that it suits our needs perfectly. The owner, Paul Ayoub, was very helpful in correcting some minor items-he really seems to want to make sure his guests are taken care of properly. We really enjoyed our stay at 456 Cerromar -unit 270. Our neighbors were very friendly, too.
