This townhouse comes with it all!! We especially loved the bikes that Mary provides and ALL the beach gear she provides as well. The location was perfect and the bay was only about 5 minutes from the house. Our month here went by way too fast! The Lighthouse beach was our favorite, Captiva was really nice, but the parking was not, unfortunately. Our grandchildren loved the pool! So very close to Mary's place. What a nice hostess!! We hope to be back here.

My husband and I were blessed to stay here for a total of 7weeks from the end of October 2021 thru the beginning of December. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this townhouse, Mary and Sanibel. We had an absolute great time staying here and we had everything we needed. Mary was always available regardless of the questions we had. We can't wait to stay here again and highly recommend this place to everyone especially families because of all of the space, easy access to the bay, beaches and pool.

Great location-the access to the bay is just a short walk away. The included bicycles and nearby bike trails made it easy to access many of the island's beautiful beaches even though public parking was closed during our stay. My children and their grandmas enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday and Mary was a terrific host! She checked in with us often through out our stay and her condo was equipped with everything an extended-family would need for a memorable beach vacation. We would love to visit Sanibel and rent from her again!

If you are looking for a stunning townhouse in a beautiful area, then this is it! Dunes community is quiet and very convenient to everything. We have rented this townhouse numerous times. Our children, my wife and I have enjoyed every minute of our stays here! It is a short 5 minute stroll to the bay which hosts a beautiful beach, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. You can bike-ride, jog or take a serene walk around the Dunes golf course just across the road. Houses and landscaping on route are quite scenic! The townhouse is clean, spacious, well equipped, and decorated very nice. It overlooks a large heated swimming pool and a tennis court which are solely for the private use of the 8 residences in the community. Everything is well taken care of including the pool, tennis court, lawn care, etc. If you are looking for a vacation home that has all of the amenities you can imagine, including owners seeking that you enjoy their property to the fullest, this property is it! Island itself has to be experienced to truly appreciate. It is safe with fabulous restaurants, beaches, bike paths, golf courses, nature activities, an Arts Center, fishing and sailing cruises, a very impressive community recreation center for adults and kids & lots more! Mary & Chuck, thank you for another fabulous Sanibel vacation! We love staying at your home everything needed for a wonderful Sanibel vacation is at hand and so comfortable! Using all the onsite amenities, the kids were in the pool so much their fingers pruned and my husband and I honed our tennis game!! Biking to the beach, shelling and touring around the island is my favorite pastime. I love to stop at Baileys center for ice cream! Thank you again! We will be back soon :)
