It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining. There is also a covered game area and bar poolside with a flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened balcony and watch the amazing colors of a Southwest Florida sunrise. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open area with vaulted ceilings that lead out to the screened balcony where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or evening cocktails. Casa Bonita is nicely furnished with a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and the dining room has seating for six. A Publix grocery store is only minutes away! Cook a gourmet dinner, or enjoy a walk or short drive too many of the fine restaurants on the island. This property also has free WiFi throughout and a full-size washer & dryer for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
