Newly updated and remodeled, this particular unit gleams with fresh finishes and a sleek, contemporary style. In the main great room, there are two plush sofas (One Sleeper) that face the large HDTV— creating a perfect space for hosting a Netflix night with a big bowl of popcorn. Along one wall, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flow inside. Outside through the sliding glass door is a screened-in porch with plenty of lounge space, ideal for enjoying your morning mug of coffee while watching the neighborhood wake up around you.
On the other end of the great room is the open kitchen, complete with crisp white cabinets and a blue mosaic tile backsplash. Gleaming quartz countertops surround the full suite of stainless Whirpool appliances that include a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and refrigerator. A peninsula bar has bar stool seating for two, while the formal dining table has seating for six more.
Down a short hallway lies the two private bedrooms. The first bedroom has a luxe king-size bed, glass doors leading out to the patio, and an ensuite full bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. Also accessible from the hallway is a laundry nook with a full-sized, washer and dryer.
When you're ready to explore the island, the beach is just a quick stroll away. You'll also be close to lots of delicious local restaurants and shops as well. Tropical Sunset #2 keeps you close to everything that you travel to the coast to experience, while also providing plenty of privacy and peace for unwinding at the end of the day. There's also covered parking for two cars and a beach cart that's loaded with all the supplies you need for a fun beach day.

Amazing Location
Perfect location, beach was less busy because we were far enough away from the public beach area. Plenty of space to set up and not be on top of other people. The condo itself is good and had everything we needed. It was clean but could definitely use some updates across the board. The pool was nice and clean and was always warm. Overall, I would stay here again as the location is ideal. Renting a golf cart was a must when we were there as it was really busy and parking/driving a larger vehicle was challenging.
