Fully-furnished master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and 40" flat screen smart TV. The very spacious property offers split plan privacy all on one level. A spectacular great room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to an outdoor tropical oasis. And multiple extra large picture windows offer views of nature from air-conditioned comfort. The great room also includes a 55" flat screen smart TV with cable, streaming and surround sound for relaxing movie nights. The outdoor area features two lounge chairs, a hammock and seating with fire pit and ambient lighting for those lazy afternoons of bird watching, watching for manatees, listening to the fish jump, or shooting star gazing at night. But, that's not all! There is also a dock so you can bring your boat or rent one from a local marina, do a little fishing or launch your kayak or stand-up paddle board and take a bay stroll. The dock is also equipped with a 10,000 lb. boat lift which is available for use for a small fee to have the lift bunks adjusted to your boat.
