Unit is thoroughly sanitized after each rental. It is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit with no pets or parties permitted. If you like to fish, we recommend Captain Daddy's fishing charters in Port Orange, FL (a 5 star rating). You won’t be disappointed while having fun and creating priceless memories for the whole family!

The kiddie pool is next to clubhouse and very popular. Restrooms are convenient in clubhouse.
There is a kid’s playground located off Ladyfish Drive where you can see the dolphins and manatees (5 minute drive).
You can also rent kayaks or paddleboards from JB's Fish Camp.
New Smyrna Beach is a lovely spot with more than just the beach. It is close to Daytona and the Nascar track and museum. The National Seashore Park is down the road, as well as a great spot to view dolphins and manatees (located off of Ladyfish Drive). There are nearby golf courses (The Preserve at Turnbull Bay, The Club at Venetian Bay, Hidden Lakes Golf Club, New Smyrna Golf Club, etc...). There are many great restaurants such as Norwood’s, The Garlic (Guy Fieri visited), Off the Hook, The Grille at Riverview, Boston's Fish House, McKenna's Place, etc... If you prefer to take your food home instead, you can visit the French Bakery, Mon Delice, or the Ocean Seafood shop, where you can buy fresh seafood.
Quaint shops, more restaurants and bars are located downtown NSB off Flagler Street.
Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church is just down the street.
A hospital is approximately 10 minutes at the foot of the South Causeway.

Just returned from Florida. We truly enjoyed the condo and the location. Great owner that really cares about her guests. And when they say 11 steps on the pool its true. Location was amazing as small shops across the road. Many fine places to eat about 10 minutes drive. Highly recommend this condo

From the first day we arrived at The SeaCoast Condominium's 4155 South Atlantic #102 NSBIT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.We had the first floor, a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. We could literally walk a few feet to the pool and Jump in.There was comfortable seating on our patio. And a space to park our bicycles.The best part is there was no driving on the beach and it felt calming And secluded.We didn’t have to worry about people riding by with the loud booming of stereos or if you had small children you didn’t have to worry about them running in front of traffic etc.We played games and set up chairs and umbrellas anywhere we chose. And the shuffleboard court was also entertaining.The whole 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was was fully stocked Updated, and very tastefully decorated.Our “biggest struggle” was trying to make a decision in the morning to either get out of the comfortable king bed or get up to experience beautiful sunrises on the ocean.For our great convenience, their was a full market across A1A right in front of our building and two great restaurants in the same plaza. Along with other restaurants close by.When we didn’t feel like eating out at a restaurant we used the charcoal grills available on the property. Their were nice tables and chairs to dine on and enjoy the view right on the ocean or enjoy the glow of the pool as the sun set.Their were ample lounge chairs at the pool for sunbathing, Table and chairs with umbrellas and a whole long row Of lounge chairs also facing the ocean.The building provided two showers for easy rinsing.The icing on the cake and a wonderful surprise was the spectacular early morning rocket launch from Cape Canaveral.We will definitely come back and stay again and again.

My husband and I stayed at Sea Coast Condo #102 and loved it. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, bright, and convenient. The master has a king size bed and full bath and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a full bath. Besides the large couch in the living area there two big swivel comfy chairs. The kitchen has updated appliances and stocked with everything. There's also a linen closet with plenty of towels and the owner Bert also provided beach towels. The condo had beach chairs that were available to use from previous vacationers. There is a coin operating washer and dryer on the premises. Location is everything and this condo has it. You have easy access to the beach, steps away to the pool, Dollar General across the street, and a small library room located in the office building. Ladies the only thing you might need to bring is a hair dryer. This beautiful condo is very spacious and very inviting. Even though we had a lot of rain that week we enjoyed ourselves. When in New Smyrna Beach we'll definitely book this condo again. Sandy and Dave G.

I had a most enjoyable stay here for 5 weeks. The pictures on the site were spot on. It was set up very nice and very convenient to restaurants, golf ect. I would highly recommend renting this unit.
