We charge a $450.00 deposit to secure a reservation this is part of the rent. The remaining balance of rent and the refundable $450 damage deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

We provide one reserved parking spot per guest you are allowed 2 vehicles during your stay. The 2nd vehicle will park in an overflow spot

Nice quiet location on Turtle Beach. Best sunset views, right on the beach and all the amenities one needs for a perfect beach holiday. Added bonus of docks for boats/kayaks, heated pool and gated entry. A couple misses ..throw rugs smell like wet dog, smoke from prior tenants or neighbors periodically wafts through unit. Trolley to Siesta Key and a few restaurants/pubs nearby. Easy living with access to public Turtle beach, camp grounds and Palmer Park beaches owned by Sarasota County.
