This newer oceanfront home has luxury everywhere. Living area on second floor has outstanding views of both ocean and beach. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom is huge with private sitting area. Heated pool is just a few steps from beach so enjoy the sunshine in several locations. Public eighteen hole golf course is almost across the street. Nearby Sebastian Inlet offers some of the best fishing in Florida or simply catch dinner in back yard with your surf rods. Orlando attractions are nearby so day trips are easy. Private beach is open during virus scare.

Cleaning staff now only uses List N disinfectants that are recommended by CDC. Large yard offers social distancing from neighbors.

Great beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time spending Thanksgiving at this beach house. The views from the top floor were amazing and we loved being right on the beach. The kids loved the pool and having all the bikes to take out on the bike path right across the street. We can wait to return!
