We stayed with 4 kids and 4 adults (our family + inlaws). Perfect setup for our crew. Excellent house all around. Very well stocked kitchen and laundry with plenty of cleaning supplies. Tons of beach equipment - multiple carts, 4+ boogie boards, sand toys, towels, lots of chairs, umbrellas - everything you need. 2 working kayaks and 2 bikes when we were there. Huge pool with hot tub. Dock on the river is great - we caught a few small fish but really enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises. Not super close to beach, but very walkable and easy access to the pier and surf spot adjacent. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
