2500 sq. ft. Welcome to our privately owned home located in the beautifully landscaped gated community of The Manors at West Haven, Orlando, Florida. A perfect place to spend relaxing time by the pool, as well as a base for exploring what Florida has to offer.
This luxurious single storey home comprises of over 2,500 sq ft of air conditioned and heated living space, with enough room to comfortably accommodate 8 adults in 4 good sized bedrooms. We have two Master Bedrooms with King size beds and two twin bedrooms. There are 3.5 bathrooms including two Master En-suites, family bathroom and a poolside bathroom. There is a large open plan seating area, a fully fitted kitchen, a formal dining area and we have converted the double garage into a fun games room. At the rear of the property you will find a large pool and Jacuzzi spa, which affords a high level of privacy due to a fence running behind the property. There is plenty of room to relax by the pool plus a table and seating area to enjoy outside eating.

Walt Disney World is 25 minutes drive away, whilst many award winning golf courses such as Champions gate, Celebration, and Southern Dunes can also be found close by. There are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets just a couple of minutes down the road, and a large number of restaurants and bars within a 20 minute drive. The Manor also features onsite facilities including tennis courts and a children’s play area, which are available for you and your family to use at no extra cost
Cracker Barrel Country Store is a less than five minute drive.
If you prefer to eat at home Chinese-to-Go is also less than five minutes drive.

We were a family of 6 with ages ranging from 68 to 9 and this Villa was perfect for us, in every way.The lactation was brilliant with a maximum distance of 45 minutes to all of the Orlando attraction. It had 2 master suites which gave us all our privacy and the pool was great for those days when we just needed to relax.The Villa was VERY well equipped and we could not fault it in any way.Thank you from us all and we’ll definitely be visiting again .

Stepping into the villa, we were amazed by it's generous size. Each room is well equipped with everything that you may need. We went as a family of five adults and found that there was plenty of space to have quality time together and individual space when needed.All of the furniture is good quality and very comfortable and the villa comes with a occupants guidance book with helpful hints and tips for enjoying the local area.We enjoyed family breakfasts around the pool before heading off to the parks and lots of fun swim time in the pool.I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a comfortable home-from-home experience either as a couple or with their family. Everything we needed we found in the villa including bathroom and pool towels, a starter detergent kit, pool inflatables. The owners have obviously put a great deal of thought into creating the perfect space.We will definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family x

We happened upon this home last minute due to previous plans being changed. The owners were quick with response and easy to work with in establishing our rental. Their home is truly a home. Plenty of space and a fantastic great room with a connecting dining and lovely kitchen area. The kitchen comes equiped with all you need to make life a little easier on the pocket book by making meals at home if that's what works for you. Their are two master bedrooms with both having soaking tubs and spacious standing showered and private commode closets with one master having personal access to the pool. The pool fit our family of seven very comfortably with an connecting hot tub. To our surprise there was a separate bathroom that adjoins the deck to help keep water outside. The home is located in a gated community with a park and community pool(pool not open due to covid). We had an issue with the stove but the property managers were quick to help.

My husband & I have been renting vacation homes in Central Florida for 19 years. Deanne was a pleasure to work with and her home is by far one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. Very spacious with great layout. As soon as you walk in the front door you have a great view of the pool area through the extra wide doorwall. The kitchen was very large and well equipped, which worked well for us as we generally prepare most of our meals at home. We are looking forward to our return trip next year.

If your looking for an awesome, luxurious and spacious villa this is the one for you, great location at The Manor West Haven, as soon as you walk through the door you get the WOW factor clean and comfortable, large lanai and pool, sun from morning to night, close to restaurants and shops , approx 20/30mins to Disney etc, Deanne is an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish nothing is too much trouble. Not our 1st visit to this villa already re booked for 2021 & 2022 Highly recommended The Farnes Family

The pool is west facing with all day sun.
We have space for two cars to park at the property.
This depends on whether we have another guest arriving on the day of your departure. When possible we do try to accommodate requests.
