There are many restaurants and shopping areas within close proximity to the villa catering to all tastes and budgets. Walmart Superstore, Lowes Hardware and other fast food restaurants are off Hwy 27 on the other side of Hwy 192 which are 2 mins away.
In the villa you will find a detailed welcome binder listing the names and addresses the most popular restaurants and shopping in the Orlando area. Make sure to reserve an evening at Disney Springs for dinner and to stroll through the streets to enjoy the live entertainment and activities.

We had the privilege of renting this house in early January of this year. It was everything that we wanted and needed and more. The home had a spacious living space well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool area and games room which created the perfect environment for our family vacation. Well maintained, clean and spacious house! Close to a lot of shops and restaurants and literally less than 20mins drive to Disney. Huge pool and game room for the kids to play in! Host was super helpful which made the stay even better, will definitely come back again.

To start the owner Joseph is very easy to work with. He responded quickly anytime I contacted him. Upon arrival check in was very easy. This home is very spacious and well maintained. We had our kids and grandkids come visit us and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The screened in pool area is large with plenty of seating for all. We enjoyed many hours out there. It also has a removable child safety fence which was wonderful since we had a 2 year old granddaughter visiting. The kids also loved the upstairs game room. This home is conveniently located to Disney with a Publix grocery store and a Wal-Mart nearby. I would highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely stay there again. Best regards, Wendy H

House is large, and location is great. There was 6 of us, but this house would easily accommodate 10. Two sitting and dining ares. As well as a table/chairs and loungers around the pool.This vacation was to visit parks…not something we plan on doing again, but if we did, we would definitely consider this house again.Enjoyed the pool on our days off.20-30 minutes to Disney. (Traffic). 45 minutes to MCO.Joseph (the owner) was very easy to reach and always replied quickly!
