LOVE THIS CONDO LOVE THIS BEACHPCB - This city by the beach is an amazing vacation spot. You can’t go wrong coming here. We have made the trip many times over many years and each time we come we have new exciting experiences. It has something for everyone - hustle and bustle (Pier Park area and going East), more laid back and less crowded with more pristine beaches (West end - which is where this condo is). So much to do, see and explore. From eating out at all the great restaurants, shopping, fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing, hiking, water activities, the fresh water springs, the list goes on.Celedon - This is the last high rise condo on the beach - the best of both worlds. You get the hustle if you head east down either Front Beach Rd or Back Beach Rd.(recommended in the busy season). Stay at Celedon and you get a more relaxed feel with much less people, but in the busy season it can still get crowded on the beach. We head out early and set up our chairs. But we like to walk a bit down from the condo to the west where it is much less crowded. It is a clean well maintained condo with easy parking across the street with a nice walkway going over the road. It is well lighted and a very safe area. The three elevators are usually quick and the wait times for the most part are short. The two pools and hot tubs are clean and usually uncrowded. There are restrooms by both pools which is great. Especially the one on the beach. Very convenient. The condo also has a well equipped exercise room by the rear pool area.Condo 2001 - Beautiful, clean, well stocked, nicely furnished condo with what has to be the best views of the gulf. Floor to ceiling beauty in the living area and master bedroom. The two other bedrooms also have decent views - partial side view of the gulf and a rear view of the Back Beach area which is also beautiful in its own way. The kitchen is always well stocked with everything you may need and more. The furniture is clean, the beds are VERY FIRM. Not my taste but they are clean and you get used to them after a couple of nights. Especially if you fold up a blanket and pad the area where you are sleeping. LOL. The three full sized baths are wonderful and the balcony is fantastic. It wraps around the building and you can see for miles. Plenty of room for a group with heavy high quality furniture to sit on. Great appliances and no foul odors! We have stayed at this condo multiple times and it is perfect every time and even when you have an issue, just reach out to Jessica and she makes it right! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CONDO - THIS IS THE ONE YOU HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR!!Eateries - Captain Anderson’s - #1 eatery in all of Florida (not making this up). Sharky’s - great atmosphere , free entertainment and food. Hungry Howies - good cheap pizza. Kilwin’s - ice cream Thomas Donuts - the best donuts and the food is great too (walk there from the condo along the beach if you want) Buddy’s Seafood Market - fresh made to order steamed shrimp and seafood These are just a few of our favorites.Things to do - Ecofina Creek - great for the springs and kayaking Camp Helen - great for hiking, sightseeing and shells (just down the road a bit) - Beautiful St. Andrew’s State Park - snorkeling, hiking, swimming, sightseeing. (Go early they fill up) Shell Island - well worth the ferry ride - snorkeling, swimming Ponce De Leon - spring is amazing (take your own food) Pier Park - shopping, the pier at sunset is a must (the view from the condo is better than the Ferris wheel) Jubilee - family deep sea fishing - affordable and fun Just a few - so much more as well!

This condo was well stocked and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on during vacation. The views were incredible and the chair service included made it super easy to head straight out to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week stay! The condo was stocked with anything you could possibly need & more. It was also very clean & there was plenty of room for six adults. The views were amazing! We saw dolphins from the balcony & while down at the beach everyday.

This condo is the perfect beach retreat for my group. We travel to PCB every summer and always book this unit. It is spacious, always clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and has an awesome balcony view of the gorgeous Gulf. We are already booked for the 2025 season . Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful condo with us and being so accomodating.

BARBARA M.Girlfriend Getaway
Condo is spacious,modern, comfortable and well equipped, with a beautiful view and nice balcony. Downside was day we were to leave, elevators stopped working and front desk receptionist was indifferent to our struggle of being all packed up ,luggage on carts and locked out of room , while being stranded on the balcony on the 20th floor! She offered numbers for security who didn't answer 2 diff #s, which she didn't offer to do for me , she told me I'd have to call my agency and work it out . I was on the front balcony with my be friends, all our luggage on carts and had to get info off my phone before calling . Got new code and waited inside for about an HR before elevators were repaired. Very unprofessional, and unsympathetic for our situation. We r not young women so it was challenging for us to deal with all this , making 6-8 phone calls while standing outside on the balcony . Left an unpleasant memory n our minds after a really nice wkend .

We are located on the West End of PCB. We are actually the last condo. We feel this has many unique advantages. Specifically, if you want a little more down time, you can stay out of town but if you want to get in the middle of it all, we are just 2 miles from Pier park and still located in PCB.
