1. The Sea turtles arrive in May and the mother turtles lay hundreds of eggs deep in the sand. The baby turtles are Protected by law. The residents and the turtle girls monitor the nests until the young turtles crack the shells and climb out of the sand. They follow the moonlight to the Gulf water and swim away.

Security Deposit $1,500.00 due upon acceptance of application. The deposit will hold the house off the market . At move -in the Security Deposit is held in escrow and is refundable within 15 days after move out if the unit is clean and has no damage or missing items. Thank you.

This condo on Madeira Beach was the best place I have stayed in a long time. From the under carport parking space, most uncomplicated check in process to opening the door to the most fabulous view to the beach. This unit is located perfectly to watch the dolphins swim by and beautiful sunsets. The sand on the beach is soft and fluffy and I found so many pretty shells. I will definitely be coming back!!
