Walking distance to Johns Pass. Perfect weather, kids back to school,snow birds not here yet,Never a wait for restaurant service and a Buffalo Bills bar right down the road.Cant ask for anything more. Condo clean and well stocked

Room 405 at Madeira Bay resort was nice but dated. You are in walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Restaurant choices are great...variety of all kinds of food! Highly recommend Shell Island boat tour (3 hour shelling). The island was really nice with emerald green waters surrounding it! As for the condo, new furniture is needed and window screen was damaged.

We stayed at 405 Madeira Bay. We really liked our room plus pet friendly was a plus. Rented through Sun Beach Rental, and she was extremely helpful to deal with. Especially since I had developed a health issue prior to us arriving. Unfortunately we ran into the hurricane, which halted everything. We had to leave based on the information we received from our neighbors across the hall about shutting down the power. My wife needs oxygen for her c-pap machine, I have two dogs that I need to get out, and I just had a major heart procedure done. We left and returned to Pittsburgh based on the information we received. The Resort is right next to John's Pass, which we love, and the beach is right across the street. The pool was real nice also. We only had a few days there, but would like to try again for a return visit without major storms. Only problem I incurred was the front desk on the second floor, they could have been more friendly and accommodating! I haven't mentioned any names on purpose without proper approval. I would definitely rent again from Sun Beach Rental, she was EXTREMELY helpful and fair!!!

Madeira Beach 405 at the Madeira Beach Resort and Spa is perfectly positioned for a stress free vacation. 5 minutes from Johns Pass and its boutique store and Restaurants. Boat tours and rentals as well as seadois and parasailing. 3 minutes across the street to the beautiful and quiet Madeira Beach. Beach gear in the unit which is a great asset. Supermarkets only 6 minutes away by car. Lisa's on Madeira is 4 minutes north on Gulf Blvd if you are looking for a great breakfast or brunch. Most of all Debbie Cambell with Sun Beach Properties. When our Boxing day flight was cancelled and we couldnt get another flight until December 30th, Debbie was very helpful and moved our reservation to the 30th and extended the end date by the 4 days we missed. Not many rental companies will do that. Thankyou Debbie so much. You saved our vacation.
