Aire Dam 303 nice clean condo great gulf view nice pool area as well close to shopping restaurants and jet ski rentals the balcony was real nice to view Dolphins jumping in th gulf early morning and late evenings. The sunset was a real treat to see

aire dam in Maderia Beach Florida condo 303, is what our old bodies needed. Quite massively peaceful, with beautiful view of ocean waves out side our screened porch so close to shopping and dolphin boat rides. a must is Saint Petersburg what a city to see,.don't for get the pool and hot tub. A elavator for us that cannot climb steps. Inside the condo every thing you need washer dryer, dishes, even spices for your foods you make.whether you are young or old like me this will fulfill all your needs. and just maybe you will see a wedding on the beach like we did or dolphins swimming in front of the condo. I feel this is Heaven on earth.

We had a wonderful trip! There were a few things the room could have had in terms of cooking, extra towels, etc. the cleaning service is also not the best…we found many areas that were not cleaned, furniture was not moved and cleaned under in a very long time clearly. There was a broom, but no dust pan! However, the room was huge and we really enjoyed our stay despite these minor setbacks. The beach was beautiful and the pool was awesome as well!

This condo was JUST the right size for my visit. It had everything I needed including dishes, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, blender, washer/dryer and the list goes on. I loved the safety of the gated community and the ability to walk throughout the complex. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows and I even found a broom to sweep up a little sand that came with me from the beach.I loved the screened porch and the dock in front of the unit. I would sit and read or watch the water for hours. Was fun to see the boats come and go as well. Check in process was super easy and easy to knock out after hours. I did initially go to the wrong unit based on what I read, but that was more from being exhausted after a long day of travel!This is close to restaurants and local bars and right across the street from several little league fields, walking path, tennis courts and a dog run area. I have to admit that the feeling of "normalcy" was amazing as I watched peeps come and go from the park and move about the complex. It was refreshing.The beach is a quick stroll away and the unit had chairs and an umbrella in the closet if you wanted to pack one with you!I will absolutely come back to visit in the near future!
