Lovely comfortable home in beautiful area!

We could not have chosen a better spot to enjoy our family vacation! Plenty of room, comfortable stylish furnishings, and spotlessly clean. Host Linda has thought of every detail to make it a welcoming and comfortable stay. The pool was a added bonus. After exploring beautiful beaches in the area during the day, our grandsons enjoyed playing in the pool. Linda's tips regarding places to visit and eat were spot on and didn't disappoint! Communication was great before, during, and after booking. I genuinely felt like family.

Perfect Florida Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing home; it really felt like “Home” during our visit!The location was perfect for us to visit family and within easy driving distance to many great activities - beautiful beaches, Zoo Tampa, Myakka State Park, Peace River Air Boat Rides, shopping,fishing, wildlife sightings and you have to visit Sharkey’s in Venice at least once!Beautifully decorated and extremely clean home; plenty of room to spread out. Appreciated the on site washer and dryer and garage space. Many days we spent just being outside enjoying the amazing pool area.Host is very easy to work with and contact if there are any concerns. The rental process was straightforward and easy.We loved this house! It was the best vacation ever and we’ve already booked our return visit in 2023! We can’t wait!

Perfect Stay!

Two couples stayed for 8 nights in this lovely welcoming home. Linda made sure we had EVERYTHING we could have needed. From a fully stocked kitchen, to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys and even BIKES! Oh did I mention pool floats too? The house is decorated perfectly. So many little touches that made this house feel like home. Luxury linens and towels were all provided and an abundance of beach towels. The pool was a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and it was sparkling and clear the entire stay. We used it every day. We loved having the outdoor table and chairs as well as the chaise lounge for sun bathing. Plenty of shade as well if you choose. We loved parking in the garage. So convenient and kept our car cool. This home is in a very nice development which is very quiet and peaceful. We met a neighbor walking their dogs and we chatted. Super friendly. We usually stay beach front, but this house is only 15 mins from Manasota Key beach (our favorite) so we were easily able to visit the beach for the day. We also explored Boca Royal beach and Siesta Key. All close by. We drove to Venice one evening for dinner and it was also a short drive. Linda is a superb host. Her communication the entire time was excellent. I can’t say enough about this home and this host!! If you are looking for a beautiful getaway close to the beach- look no further!!

Home away from home

What an incredible home to rent! Truly like a home away from home. Every appointment you can think of has been provided for...bikes, pool toys for the kids, golf clubs, games, great stock of household essentials for cooking, etc., etc., etc. The restaurants and activities that Linda has thoughtfully provided were a wonderful resource as well. We are already planning our return for 2022 and we can't wait to return!!

A Little Piece of Paradise

We were fortunate to spend a week in this wonderful house. The owner Linda, was always available by phone and proactively checked in with us to assure everything with the rental was satisfactory. Walking into the house for the first time, it was evident the house was meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well loved by the owner. The house was well stocked with anything a renter could want or need. There were 2 complete of set dishes, one for use inside at the formal dining area, at the breakfast nook or at the kitchen bar area and a second non breakable set to use at the large outside dining table. The beds and couches were comfortable and there were ample thick soft towels to use .The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and it’s safe to walk and bike (bikes provided) in the area. I have rented many vacation properties and this hands down is one of the very best. The floor plan, furnishings, and attention to details make this a vacation haven. Excellent home and surrounding area!!

Our family of 5 visited Linda's home in early July and found it to be better than expected! Prior to booking, Linda was exceptionally helpful in suggestions about the surrounding area with things to do and beautiful beaches to visit. After booking, she provided a list of her family's favorites in the area. So helpful! Her home was welcoming, comfortable and full of many things to enhance our visit to SW florida including beach chair, umbrellas, coolers, etc! We enjoyed the beauty or Englewood beach, took a sunset tour on Lemon Bay tours, visited Boca Grande, and enjoyed a successful fishing charter with Wicked Hooks. Everything was more than we could have asked for. So much enjoyment on our family vacation and having a comfortable and beautiful home to stay in made it even better!

Absolutely Wonderful

Couldn't have picked a better house. Everything you needed from beach towels, to beach chairs and coolers were available. Had two adult children visit us the first week of our two week vacation and never knew they were there. House is set up for privacy if needed. Two younger children, who live near by, were over every day to enjoy the pool. Had an issue with loosing power due to accident and had to call Michael, property manager, and he addressed the issue immediately. He was great. House is in great location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beaches. Decorated beautifully. Owner, Linda, was wonderful to work with. Felt like we knew each other for ages. She had all the information you needed to vacation in Englewood and places that you may be interested in going. I will, with out hesitation, book this house again.

Great Vacation Villa!!

My family enjoyed a great 2 weeks at this beautiful house. Our goal was to escape the crowded places due to the Corona Virus Pandemic. We were able to visit several close beaches and then relax in the pool! We cooked all of our meals in the house/grill. I will look forward to returning after the pandemic so that we can participate in all of the local activities Linda suggested to us in the area.We would definitely recommend this as a perfect family get away!!

What a Gem!!

We have stayed in many Florida Rental properties and have very seldom took the time to review our stay but feel I must this time. This property is exceptional!! One of the cleanest, best appointed houses we have ever stayed in.This home is perfect for our two month escape from the snow. It is absolutely beautiful! Nice, big open kitchen, open to the living and dining areas. Gorgeous outdoor living area, with heated pool, surrounded by lush, tropical foliage - and there is a TV! We so love the pool....beautiful! The house is very clean and attractively furnished. We have everything we need and Linda is always quick to respond to any questions. You are treated like family....She is the best!!Nice, quiet neighborhood and close to everything! I definitely recommend this property! Home away from home....we will be back!

simply perfect!

We stayed in this lovely home for three weeks and didn't want to go home! Everything you need is there, just bring your flip flops and bathing suit. While close (15 mins or so) to some beaches that are gorgeous, there were days that we enjoyed the peaceful serenity of the heated pool and the quiet neighborhood. We also found plenty of great places to eat and hear music! Linda is a wonderful host and strives to meet your every need. Will definitely be going back!!

Wonderful home in a beautiful area

This home offers everything that a vacationer could need. It is very clean and well-stocked. Everything is up to date and the owners are very accommodating to your needs.We have stayed at two other rentals in this area and neither of them come close to the level of comfort of Linda's home. The location is private and restful.We look forward to returning.
