TVs in all bedrooms, WiFi, DVD/CD player, Stereo, Sofa Sleeper bed in Living Room. One car garage w/opener for all those motorcycles and beach toys. You are just minutes from Daytona Airport, Daytona Speedway, Daytona USA, Daytona Harley, Main Street, fishing pier, numerous golf courses, the list goes on.
The fenced in back yard with patio and grill is a great place to relax and chill and take in the day or night as is the front porch. Ormond Beach, blocks away from everything you would ever want!
Additional Attractions and Amenities: This house is well appointed for that home away from home comfort. Easy access to all Bike Week and BiketoberFest events. Also easy access to Daytona International Speedway. The perfect location for all the Central Florida attractions. Orlando, Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are all just a short 60 minute drive on I4 as is Orlando International Airport. Jacksonville is about 90 miles north on I95. Don't forget Florida's historic city of St. Augustine 45 minutes north on scenic oceanside A1A. Couple blocks from BelAire Plaza(shopping and grocery store). Plenty of great restaurants, shops, miniature golf courses all within steps. Close to all the Granada Ave. shops, Restaurants etc.

Great location to all the events. The Granada Ave (RT. 40 approx. 1.5 miles north) area both beach side and main land side offer great dining, bars shopping. BelAire Plaza also offers shopping, dining and grocery store is about 6 blocks south.
Flagler Beach area offers many great restaurants, shopping, and is a beautiful drive about 12 miles north on A1A along the ocean. You'll find some neat niche shops there.
Why Kids Love It
Property is across A1A from the ocean about 200 ft. There is also the beachside park, Andy Romano Park, with a splash zone, refreshments, bathrooms and showers

Charlie, the Landlord of this property was the most amazing and accommodating host I have experienced in over 8 years of traveling for work. He and his manager made sure we had everything we needed and a smooth check-in. I would definitely recommend this cozy, but large comfortable house to anyone staying nearby. Walkable to restaurants and the beach, and the house is generously equipped with everything you need, allowing for lighter packing! Thank you Charlie!

The house was perfect for us and our pup it had Everything anyone would possibly need very clean and well kept close to grocery stores restaurants,beach was just across the street very quiet neighborhood and close to Daytona. Hope to return next year!!!

Great location for a family to stay. Just across the street from the beach, with access to the beach through Tony Romano Park. Many restaurants within walking distance. The house is VERY clean, with just about anything you could want there provided! Would recommend this property to anyone!!

Our visit was good. Very impressed with extra supplies. ie paper towels, plastic cups, toilet paper etc. I have stayed in many places thru the years and never have seen this. I have always brought extra with me knowing there would never be enough. Due to Covid I had brought extra cleaning items and your supply was wonderful. Thank you for that.It was basically very clean, better than most places I have rented. In attempting to remember how many places I have rented on the east cost and the gulf side it has to be over 25!I know your wife likes "stuff" but there could be a little bit less. Only my personal opinion.I am at a point in my life I will be looking at places to rent on a monthly bases. Will keep a close eye on your calendar in case I feel like I need to escape from Woodstock, GaLoved the Beach Bucket for dinner.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience! So many extras with this house!! The garage is filled with toys, umbrellas, coolers, towels, totes, bikes...just all kinds of things to enjoy while you stay. The house is roomy and well insulated from outside noise. We were amazed at how quiet it was inside. It is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled behind a few small businesses on the main street along the beach. The beach is just a short walk away with white sand, bright sunshine and rolling waves. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the dishes and tools needed to make small or large meals and there is a dining table in both the dining room and the Florida room to accommodate everyone. The back yard is private with a tall wooden fence and beautifully landscaped with palm trees and other tropical elements. There is a grill, patio table with umbrella, plenty of chairs for everyone, a shower and even a rack to dry your beachy towels. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and there were televisions in all three bedrooms with all the channels you could need. There is also a surround sound system in the living room and full wifi internet access. I could just go on and on but you have to experience this for yourself! No regrets here, just happy vacationers!!
