Formosa Gardens Estate is one of the only rental communities with houses spaces nicely apart so you have lots of privacy! We are right down the street from Disney, close to shopping and restaurants. We stayed at the property for 6 nights during our recent family's Disney World vacation. Right from the start of the process, the owner was very courteous and prompt with her responses to our many questions. The property was immaculate from top to bottom, everything was perfect. From the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, gaming room, outdoor area and especially the swimming pool. The house is huge with space to handle everyone within our 12 person extended family. We never felt crowded at all, everyone had their own space to relax. The house includes everything you could ever need, from the free Wifi to the TVs with all the streaming apps ready for your family to log into. All of the local attractions are relatively close by, as well as plenty of dining and grocery/shopping options. Do not hesitate into considering this property for your family's vacation, as this property is perfect!Many Thanks to the owner for the perfect vacation experience!!!!!!!

Our house was beautiful with a large heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake and gorgeous sunsets every night. Great eat in kitchen and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms all wonderful. TV’s in every room with Netflix and Disney channel. Playroom with pool table and foozeball and separate movie room with stadium seating. Minutes from Disney World and close to Universal Park. This was the best place ever for our vacation. We will book again soon. Excellent!

The villa was immaculate! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. We have stayed all over the Disney area and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in. Our children wanted to swim in the infinity pool more than go to the parks and my husband and I loved the peace and tranquility of the beautiful lake. The south facing sun made sitting by the pool a dream. We will definitely be back...hopefully longer this time!!!

My family and I stayed for two weeks in January and I could not have asked for a better place to stay!! There was plenty of space for all adults and children. My fiancé and I basically had our own suite upstairs with a full bathroom right in our bedroom. The shower was awesome! We had lots of privacy with lots of space downstairs to be together. The best part of it all was the amazing view! Most of our time was spent outside gazing out at the beautiful infinity pool, palm trees and lake. It truly felt like we were at a resort! I would highly recommend staying here. The house was amazing, the owners were so accommodating and I CANNOT wait for our next stay here hopefully very soon!!

My family stayed at this amazing house in August 2019. It was perfect- close to Disney, Universal and the outlets. The outdoor area was fantastic, with a lovely pool and hot tub overlooking a lake. The house itself was very clean and spacious with separate bathrooms for the bedrooms which made it perfect for large or multiple families. The owners were accommodating and sincere. Can’t wait to stay here again for our next visit to Disney.
