Our spotlessly clean, well maintained and appointed home is situated in the family friendly residential community of Gulf Cove. With easy access to local beaches, bars, restaurants, golf, fishing, water sports and shopping the house is ideally situated for guests with varied interests looking for a range of activities.

The front doors lead into the open plan living area and full width patio doors to the Lanai giving a sense of space and light. The dining area has seating for 6 whilst the kitchen nook seats 3. The well equipped kitchen has good storage and modern appliances. Finally, the lounge area has seating for 5, Widescreen TV and DVD player. Ceiling fans and AC keeps the whole area at a comfortable temperature.

To the left of the kitchen lies the Master Suite with a king size bed (new matress), it's own private patio doors to the Lanai. The new central AC provide a cool and relaxing space in which to escape and unwind.
Next to the bedroom, within the bathroom is the walk in wardrobe with good hanging and storage space. His/hers sinks.

On the opposite side of the house lies the guest wing providing it's own private and self contained area. There is a double bedroom to the rear of the property with king bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and patio doors to the Lanai. The twin bedroom with two single beds is the only room without direct access to the Lanai, making it an ideal choice for young children. The two guest rooms share a central bathroom with over bath shower, WC, vanity unit and good range of storage space.

Conveniently situated off the kitchen is the laundry room with top loading washing machine, new front loading dryer, storage cupboards and door leading into the garage from kitchen.

As pointed out above all rooms apart from the twin bedroom have direct access to the private and secluded Lanai, with heated oversize pool and range of seating, dining and lounge furniture. Thoughtful planting provides further screening and sense of isolation.

In the garage you will find beach chairs, children's toys, pool inflatables, beach umbrella and coolers.

Our home, being east/west facing means you can enjoy the outdoor space throughout the day. Enjoy breakfast and coffee in the cool shade of the Lanai on a morning and fabulous sunsets with a glass of wine or a cocktail. The front of the house faces the east were sunrises can be enjoyed with coffee in two comfortable chairs. The neighborhood is incredible quiet.

The 28 ft long, 12 ft wide solar heated pool slopes gently from the 3 ft shallow end down to the 6 ft deep end and benefits from underwater lighting. Meticulously maintained pool.

5 PGA golf courses within a 5-10 minute drive of the house, fishing and boat hire just 15 minutes away, superb restaurants and bars just a short drive away makes this house the perfect base for a wonderful vacation in paradise. We are wonderfully set up to enjoy everything Florida has to offer

Why Kids Love It

The villa itself is spacious and provides plenty of room for children to enjoy their own space or alternatively join with other family members as they wish. However the biggest attraction for children is undoubtedly the pool. A safety fence is available in the garage to encircle the pool. Its use is recommend when small children are in residence. A range of inflatables are available in the garage.

Area Information

Port Charlotte and Englewood have been rated as one of the best areas in which to retire in the state of Florida. A thriving community with a laid back feeling. The area enjoys good access to a wide range of activities and opportunities.
Golf courses abound in this beautiful area of Florida.No two will ever be the same, challenging golfers of all abilities.
Being just 15 minutes from fabulous beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande, fishing, boat hire and other water sports are readily available
Walking and biking trails crisscross the area giving access to the varied flora and fauna, of the back woods.
Dearbourne Street in historic district of Old Englewood offers numerous festivals and events throughout the year as does Englewood beach itself.
Port Charlotte, just 20 minutes drive from the house, has a shopping mall with all well known stores: first class restaurants alongside well known chain restaurants, theaters nightclubs, bars and family entertainment venues
