Just finished a 2 week stay and I have been renting from Pam for over a decade and she continues to make a great condo even better with her constant upgrades to the unit and she is a wonderful host. The location is perfect with great views of the water and a very-very short walk to the beach (which we like), and the pool at La Brisa is beautiful. What most amazes us is that Pam has EVERYTHING in her condo you need for a great stay... for cooking any size meal, coffee, going to the beach, laundry, cleaning products, etc... honestly everything you need, and I work a little while I am there and Internet is very fast. Pam has other really nice touches but too many to list here. I already have next year booked and will most likely be back before that. This place will not disappoint! Thank you Pam!

There truly aren't enough adjectives to describe the level of service Pam provided. At the very beginning, she answered all my questions, in less than an hour. Her customer service was amazing. She provided additional details about the ocean condo to assure my needs would be met. The condo is EXACTLY as she describes, with additional amenities (Parking, secured area, pool layout). Pam has won me over with her follow up skills, timeliness, friendliness and overall hospitality. She made me feel so welcome, like a friend, not someone just renting her condo. I would stay at every place she owns. It is very evident that she wants her guests to enjoy the experience of key west and wants to make sure all your needs are met.
