The 2 bathrooms have been recently updated. Master bath has a tiled walk-in shower guest bath has a tub with a shower. It is delightful, clean and has all the comforts of home. There are 2 heatepd pools, one just steps away the other within a few minutes walk , and both offer a peaceful area to relax in sun or shade.

Our month of June in this condo was fantastic! Loved sitting on lanai watching all the wildlife and... resident alligators I guess!...throughout the day. We visited beaches from Anna Maria to Siesta Key... all an easy drive and so beautiful. Location of condo very very close to great restaurants and so much shopping!!! If not at the beach I was at the pool only a 3 min. walk. Neighbors were so nice and friendly. We immediately felt at home with comfortable furniture...gigantic TVs and plenty of room. Very clean also! Thank you Art for making booking and payment very easy. I would highly recommend

Ronald M.Very relaxing condo in a quiet golfing community.
The condo is centrally located in Palm Aire, a golfing community. University Towne Center, a very upscale shopping center is a short distance away. Many restaurants are also close by. World famous Siesta Key is about 30 minutes away. Many outstanding golf courses are within ten to twenty miles.The condo is very well equipped. All of the pots and pans, knives, dishes and appliances are at your disposal. The beds are very comfortable which is a plus. The TV package is outstanding. Not your run of the mill basic cable package. I also spent a lot of time on the lanai which overlooks a par three hole. Very relaxing to sit and watch the golfers while enjoying my morning coffee.Arthur and Kathy, the owners, were very accommodating in securing our rental. Communicated with them several times during our stay. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone for their next vacation.

The location was very convenient to all beaches and shopping. The view on the lanai was spectacular! This was a very friendly condo area and the 2 swimming pools were very close and in good clean area. Art the owner was very helpful with anything that came up and helped very quickly to resloved our problems.
