Why rent from Sunday to Sunday in the summer?
The vast majority of summer rentals on Panama City Beach are by the week from Saturday to Saturday. After seeing this Saturday routine repeated for years, we have decided to try something new this summer and rent from Sunday to Sunday. We hope that you will find this will result in a more relaxed and enjoyable vacation. Traffic should be better both coming and going, fewer people leaving and arriving means fewer condos to be cleaned before you are able to check in, and luggage carts and elevators will be more readily available. We believe that the best benefit of all is that while most folks are going thru the hectic Saturday turnover routine, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing and less crowded day on the beach.
TOP Floor of the D Building at the Dunes of Panama! Closest building to the beach at the Dunes - Enjoy the penthouse view! You will also enjoy the quiet of not having anyone on a floor above you.
The Dunes of Panama is a gated, beach front community with 1500 feet of prime sugar-white beach. This is a huge benefit when compared to the beach at other more densely populated complexes.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary-white beach of Panama City. Dunes Dream is located on the 12th (top) floor of the D building at the Dunes of Panama which is the closest building in the complex to the beach. You can relax on the balcony that runs the width of Dunes Dream and watch the dolphins swimming and the sailboats skimming along. You have easy access to the balcony from the master bedroom or the family room.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. You will find all the necessary cooking and eating utensils for an enjoyable dinner in if you choose.
The family room has a comfortable sofa and two rocker recliners so you can kick your feet up and relax and enjoy the amazing view or watch TV on the 50” HD flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player.
You can relax in the spacious master bedroom on the King size bed and enjoy the gorgeous view of the gulf or you can watch your favorite show on the 32” flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two full size beds. It also has a 32” flat screen TV.
We have made arrangements with the on-site rental company in the C building to handle our check-ins/outs, cleaning and maintenance issues. This assures that any problems can be handled quickly on-site.
The Dunes of Panama is a gated, beach front community with 1500 feet of prime sugar-white beach. It has three beach front pools – one heated seasonally, basketball, two lighted tennis, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and outdoor grills. There are jet ski rentals, parasailing, and banana boat rides. You can also borrow equipment from the office to play tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, Frisbee, board games, bocce, corn hole, etc. There is also an exercise room, free wireless Internet, and a sandwich shop located right on the property.

- 100% refund less $50 administrative fee if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
- If cancelled between 30 and 60 days before arrival date, initial payment will be forfeited.
- No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.

About the owner: Steve's parents had a condo at the Dunes of Panama when we got married in 1985. Every time we visited the beach, we would dream of owning our own condo someday. That someday came in 1999, when we were able to purchase C105 and in 2001 we had the opportunity to purchase D1205. Dunes Dream is the name we gave our condos to reflect our dream coming true. Since that time, we have thoroughly enjoyed spending time with our children at the Dunes. Having moved around in our careers, the Dunes of Panama is the one place that we have always come to with our family over the years and the one place our children call home. We now have the joy of seeing our grandchildren playing on the beach.
We love hearing from many of our guests how they have made their own family memories and started their own traditions at the Dunes..
Why this property? We want our guests to have a great vacation experience. We are personally involved in the renting of our condos and have been since 2009. For our guests convenience and peace of mind, we have contracted with the on-site rental company to handle our check ins/outs, maintenance, cleaning, and any problems that might arise while you are on the property. In addition, we are available by phone for any questions or problems that might arise. You don’t have to just deal with an impersonal off-site company.

We have stayed at Dunes Of Panama D1205 two years now for the Winter season. We love the quietness of our condo, and if we were so inclined we could have a could have a fun music filled night at the onsite bar/grill Stingrays. They do know how to have fun there. The condo comes with all the things we like, comfortable king bed, recliners, big screen TV, and very well stocked kitchen with all the pots and baking pans you would ever need. We spend most of our afternoons on the balcony, love the view of the beach, from bar height chairs and table. A nice lounger for laying back and relaxing. Cheryl and Steve the owners are very easy to visit with, The Dunes staff are very helpful. We loved our stay here and have already booked for next year, we just left yesterday and already miss the sound and smell of the surf. See you next year

We had a really good time the week that we stayed. Elevators were a little slow, but it was a busy week so it was to be expected. I don’t really have any complaints except that I think we should have access to Netflix. With 3 young children most of the channels we had were not from them. I’m not even saying using the hotels Netflix, but to atleast have the option to sign into your own account. Other than that it was perfect and will be staying again the next time we go to Panama City Beach

My husband and I stayed at The Dunes 1205D for 12 glorious days! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed! Having complimentary beach chairs every day was an added bonus! There was so much to do close to the condo, shopping, fabulous restaurants, etc. We are already planning our next trip!

We rented from Cheryl and Steve for the first time this past Jan and Feb. We have stayed at 2 other condos in past winters This condo is so comfortable for our extended stay. We spend a lot of time in the condo, the recliners, the kitchen amenities, the balcony, and balcony furniture was everything we needed. Cheryl was very accommodating when we had questions. We do wish the bigger pool was heated it looked so beautiful. Would of love to of used it. I am jealous of the summer guests for their use of all the pools. We have already reserved for next winter, already missing our view.

My family and I have stayed at several different condos in PCB. This one is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It’s on Thomas Dr which is the nicer, less hectic, end of the beach. The balcony is very close to the gulf. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The king bed is comfortable. There are 3 pools and 2 of them are fairly large. The staff at the complex were friendly. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo! The ocean views from the balcony were beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast in the morning watching the marine life play. The condo was very nice and comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat in. The property was very well maintained and pools were fun for our boys. This was a great place to stay! Great complex with three pools, easy parking and great beach access. Awesome full gulf view! We saw dolphins and rays from out 12th floor balcony. Condo location was great, only 5-15 minute drive to lots of shops and restaurants. Condo was comfortable and clean. Stop looking and book this place! You won’t be disappointed!

This was the second year we have booked Dunes Dream. We love the condo. The location is perfect, super close to the beach. I could leave the beach and run up to the condo each day and fix our lunch and be back to the beach in 5 minutes! Never a wait for an elevator. The condo and location is perfect for families and small children. We will book again for summer 2021!
