The interior is nicely appointed with updated kitchen fully stocked with everything you may need to create that special dish for all the guests. Living room and dining area open out to a relaxing covered porch overlooking the canal and pool area. 2 bedrooms, bath and laundry area complete then 2nd floor.
3rd floor loft assessable from rear porch is an extra bonus for additional guest. (not suitable for children or older adults)
The covered carport and interior staircase is a really nice feature to bring your supplies in without getting wet in the rainy season.

Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in-full. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the arrival date, a $75.00 administrative fee will be retained.

Enjoyed our stay at Keys Life. The home was beautiful. The weather was quite windy so we weren’t able to get out as much as we wanted in our boat but we were able to get some nice lobster! It was nice to have the pool to play in when we couldn’t get out in the boat.

The home was great but we most enjoyed about our stay was the spacious seating and dining area downstairs. There are several loungers and patio sets an awesome tiki hut and of course the saltwater pool. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock at sunset. The canal water was very clean and no shortage of small mangrove snapper to catch! The owners are very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again!

Beautiful waterfront, pool, pet-friendly home in beautiful Summerland Key. The entire home is fenced and gated, giving lots of room for your pet to roam, privacy, and space for your vehicles and boat trailer. The home was newly remodeled, had tons of electronics, and had comfortable outside seating on all floors and decks. Plenty of room for our 32-foot boat at the concrete seawall with a covered bait cleaning station and bait freezer. There are Double gates at the front at both sides of the property, (although our trailer fit, it was a bit tight making the turns into the property and around the coconut palms) The downstairs room would make a better third bedroom as it has a bath, flat screen tv and pull out air mattress sofa then the 3rd story loft that is listed which does not have a bath and has an industrial size bunkbed latter for stairs inside the home and steep stairs from the outside patio. Easy access to Kemp Channel to Atlantic or Bayside. Would stay again!
