Ocean Sands condo on Maderia beach was great. Accommodations were top of the line, kitchen well stocked with quality products for cooking, beautiful furnishings, roomy & very clean. Lovely view from deck & pool area was great.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It has easy beach access, spacious parking and a fantastic balcony view. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We ware looking forward to going back next year.

We stayed in Kima 101, it had everything you would need, well taken care of. It had awesome view of the beach, chair and umbrella was provided along with a closet with extra chairs. This place by far ranks as one of the best we have stayed at and if available would stay here again.

The condo itself was fantastic along with the view. There were a few downfalls in our opinion. Only one set of keys was difficult sometimes. There was no stock to get started such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We're a little spoiled from other places that we have rented. Most of them have had ample stock of these things plus toiletries. Don't get me wrong, we would stay there again, but would be more prepared. It's tough when you fly and can't pack a lot of stuff.

"I am glad you enjoyed the condo and look forward to seeing you again 2 sets of keys are available to guests prior to you dropped one set off ant took one home by accident and cleaners had other set so we did not have extra to leave out. Had you called on Monday I would have made another set. Cleaners leave a roll of toilet paper and hand soap to start you off with."

Clean condo, beautiful views! My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. The beach was amazing and the weather was perfect. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in this area. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with in case you didn't want to go out. There are a few places to eat within walking distance. The only thing negative we can say is that the sofa is not very comfortable and you have to remember to take your key everywhere you go so you can get back into the building or out to the beach/pool. Everything else was great!

Diane A.Can’t beat the view
I stayed in 503 and 204 in May of 2021. Both condos had everything you needed except beachchairs, laundry soap, dishwasher tablets. The carpets did need a good professional cleaning but overall they were okay. I did wipe down the high touch surfaces just to be sure and I was glad I did.. It was great that you have a designated parking spot. The gate leading to the beach was NOT user friendly. Hope that gets changed in the future. You are told to run the dishwasher when you leave and start washing towels as well. No soap for either is provided.. that is something that should be left in a kit for you when you first arrive in my opinion.. you pay a “cleaning fee” but you are starting the cleaning for them. You also have to strip the bedding which is no big deal but again, you pay a cleaning fee on top of what you pay to rent. These are older units that have been somewhat updated. I would stay there again.

Karen F.Perfect location and close to the water
Kima 101, was perfect size for our monthly stay. The front bedroom was two twins and since it sits on Gulf blvd it could be quite noisy.(a sound machine helped). It was a well stocked condo with everything you could think of. The best part was its location on the beach, close to the water which for me was very convenient to me plus the owner had already paid for an umbrella and chairs for our whole stay...priceless. Plus the location on Gulf blvd was so easy to get off and on the island! I think their cleaning company that they use could have done a better job however, nothing that I couldn’t correct or anything I couldn’t live with. The pullout couch which we used for a weekend had a blowup type mattress but it didn’t work. Overall, it was secure, safe and the property was well taken care of!
