We rented unit 1932 for 5 weeks and it was perfect. It is not the Reef & Jungle unit, but the one right beside it. It was as nice as this one. The unit was clean and with everything we needed. Petre was a Super host. When we needed something, he was always available for us. His response time was very quick and we really appreciated it. Thank you Petre for your presence while we were in Florida.

Evan A M.An outstanding Hollywood accommodation
My wife and I stayed here for two months while we were relocating to the area from out of state. Pete is helpful and accommodating, and the place is very well equipped- exactly as shown in the pictures with no negative surprises at all. The location is great- a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, 10-15 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes to I-95 on a quiet street. I would certainly recommend a stay here!

Raul B.Amazing, clean apartment close to the beach
I really enjoyed my stay at Pete's place. The place is very clean and there is a lot of space. Four people can comfortably fit in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself and the bathroom had everything we needed. The complex is safe and quiet but at the same time very easy to get to the beach. Pete and Vanessa are great hosts and they always answered promptly to any questions we had and also had great recommendations on places to eat. We will be staying here again in the future!!!

Back from a two months stay at this apartment. We enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is nicely designed and well-maintained. The beds and sofa bed are both very confortable. To be able to do our laundry on the premises is also a point that we appreciate. The distance to drive to go to the beach is about 10 minutes and goes very well. but if you do not have your car - you must know that just around the corner is a free on-demand shuttle service that you can use - which is a plus. I also must add that the yard is so convenient either to relax in a beautiful site of nice vegetation, for BBQing or simply to meet other tenants; we indeed met lovely people while vacationing. A very respectful and friendly atmosphere. Finally, we really need to salute our host who was very understanding and open-minded to help us in various ways. We always had a quick response from his part and that is also very reassuring. Overall, had a great stay and would not hesitate to go back. Would also recommend this place without hesitation.
