Luxury Villa, South West Facing Pool/Spa And Deck For All Day Sunshine!

There are not enough stars to rate this beautiful villa. We have stayed the last three years in the Orlando area and this villa, by far, has been the nicest! We would stay here every visit in the future. No need to look at other places! The high end furnishings, layout of the villa, every appliance you could think of, and the gorgeous pool and hot tub make this one of the best villas in Watersong. There is an empty lot next door which is a plus. We grilled most nights and my husband was impressed with the grill. Working with Wendy was such a pleasure! Her response time was always quick and much appreciated. We're so thankful we found Charlotte's Paradise and look forward to renting it again in the future! Brad and Jane Ayer

We have rented in the Watersong Community for 8 years and this is by far the nicest house we have ever stayed in. The house is fully equipped - there is nothing that we needed but did not have. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The owner, Wendy, was very responsive and easy to work with. She made you feel like an extended member of her family. The management company she uses was also very responsive. We had to call them due to an issue with the kitchen faucet and gas grill and they were there the same day and fixed what we needed quickly. We have already rented this house for 2019. We have stayed in many homes that you can tell are being rented just to collect the money but not this one this home you really feel like you are at home.

Had a fabulous time at this villa, great location, great size, nice and roomy. Quality furniture and fittings. Has a great layout for sharing families of all ages. Pool area lovely with BBQ. Would def stay again and recommend to others. Lots of wildlife around to sit and watch. Can’t think of any negative areas to mention. I honestly can’t imagine that anyone would be disappointed staying at this lovely villa. The owner Wendy was very helpful and made the booking easy .

Charlotes Paradise Villa exactly as described and shown in the pictures ! Many of our tripos to Florida have been clouded arriving at villas that look great in pictures only to find that they were taken 10 yrs ago and the villa is tired and worn. NOT THE CASE HERE !!!!! This villa is modern spacious and decorated to the the highest of standards. We were a party of 7 and had a quiet corner of the villa each !! The Estate is located south of the I4 a side of the highway we don't know so well as the Champions Gate side, its less developed with fewer shops etc however gives you the feel of the undeveloped everglades further South. Commuting to the parks was Equidistant to previous stays however we were closer to Mannys Chop Shop in Haines city approx 12 drive. Pool at the villa was large clean and well kept, the kitchen was well stocked. You will not be disapointed when you open the door of this villa. We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Florida, staying at Charlottes Paradise. The villa is just lovely, as is the Watersong Resort. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family. The owner of the villa was helpful from start to finish, answering questions quickly and efficiently. This villa is an absolute must!

This was our second time at Charlotte's Paradise. We are never disappointed. This house has beautiful furnishings and is stocked with everything you could want or need. The outdoor pool area has sun all day. We have been visiting this gated community for about 8 years and this house is the nicest we have ever rented.

My wife and I have rented houses near Orlando 4 out of the last 5 years and this is by far the nicest property that we have stayed. The villa is well maintained and clean, the best furnished house that we have stayed in terms of kitchen items, pool and bath towels, etc. Beds were very comfy and plentiful, house temperature was perfect, game room was much enjoyed, as was walking/biking the neighborhood each day. The pool temperature was nice and warm each day and the hot tub worked well. The internet worked well throughout the house. If your family is looking for a clean and comfortable house with room for everyone, look no further.

This beautiful villa really is a home from home! Superbly positioned in a secure gated community with all the parks within easy reach, a short hop on the I4. The two almost identical sized Master ensuite bedrooms made this a perfect villa for two families to share. The adults on one side of the villa and the children on the other worked perfectly with open plan communal space in between - all beautifully designed and decorated. Wendy has taken great pride to kit out the villa with everything you could possibly think of including pool towels, coffee machine, barbecue tools, picnic cool boxes and tupperwares to name just a few! My advice would be to keep your packing to a minimum allowing you space in your case from shopping at the outlets because the washing machine and tumble is there to be used! We paid for the pool and jacuzzi heating which was undoubtably so worth while. I was in the jacuzzi every evening with a glass of wine (or two) having spent busy days at the parks. The children enjoyed the pool at all different times of the day and well into the evening. There's two Publix supermarkets on the route back to the villa from the I4 if coming from the Disney parks direction, open until 10o'clock at night so was a perfect stop off on arrival day to grab milk, cereal and bread for the following morning. The men even managed a round of golf at Providence Golf Club which was just 5 minutes away. The club were very accommodating with club hire (buggies included) knowing they were staying at Watersong and they paid a good rate. Wendy was brilliant from the moment we first made contact. Always on hand to advise and answer any queries. Without any hesitations we would recommend this property and we would love to return one day! Thank you

There are not enough nice words to describe our stay at the house. My wife and I had one requirement and that was the house get a lot of sun. At 8:30 am there was sun and it did not leave until sunset. The house was in a quite area and the house had everything that we needed. It was close to Disney but we did not go, we golfed instead. The house was huge and well detailed. I could go on for some time about our stay as it was the second year in a row for us. We would have gone for a third year but some one beat us to the punch. By the way Wendy was a sweetheart to deal with. Rent this villa and you will see what we are talking about. Brent & Penny

A fantastic place to stay, wonderful very spacious villa with everything you could need, all furniture and fixings to a very high standard. The area is lovely, very safe and secure and only approx. 25 mins from all the main attractions. Wendy the owner was extremely helpful with the planning of our holiday and we hope to be back one day . I would happily recommend this property to everyone... For the second time we've stayed in Charlotte's Paradise, the first time ever we decided to go back to a certain place, so that says enough. We've enjoyed every second of our stay. The luxury of the villa is something we don't have in the normaal European / Dutch vacation homes. Most days we've stayed in the villa, mainly the pool during the morning, and went out in the afternoon. And when we're back early, of course ended our day in the pool.

The house was absolutely gorgeous, the pictures you can’t tell how much room there really is! The kitchen has enough room for lots of people to work together! So many dishes glass & plastics for the kids. Dishes, towels, bedding & extra pillows. You feel like your on vacation no houses behind or on one side, with plenty of space in between. I would definitely stay again! The owner’s answer your emails so fast and they were so easy to work with! We loved the game room, pool & hot tub and this beautiful house!

We booked Charlotte’s Paradise as we needed accommodation to house a large family party of 8. After reading the reviews and looking at the pictures we departed for our holiday with fingers crossed that we had chosen wisely. Arriving at the villa, any doubt we had was blown away! Everything was more than expected, everyone had space to either be all together or retreat to the pool, games room, well spread out bedrooms or watch TV (I think we had one each). Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and lacks nothing. The villa is located in a peaceful neighbourhood with all the theme parks within an hours drive. They are not far away but the I4 interstate is very busy anytime of the day. Supermarkets are nearby and became our alternate theme park with Whally World (Walmart) being our favourite! Wendy, the owner, could not of been more helpful, from answering all our questions to providing detail instructions on getting to the villa. Overall we had an excellent holiday and highly recommend staying at Charlotte’s Paradise.

I think we were the second visitors to the then-newly completed Charlotte's Paradise in 2014. We loved it so much we returned the following year. Please check both of our reviews from those times for the glowing testimonials. We've just come back from a month's stay this time. Initially us and the grandkids, we were joined by my daughter, son in law, son and his fiancée and family members from Scotland and Houston TX at various stages. Unanimous verdict from all was how brilliant the villa was. Spacious, meticulously clean, great faciliities, wonderful location, 20 mimutes from all of Orlando's attractions but an oasis of calm and relaxation at the pool. Honestly folks, get here, but not before we book again

We took our family for a week of sunshine in the Orlando Florida area and this home was perfect. Where do I start? Well first of all, the house is a 10 on a scale for being beautiful. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms everyone had their own space. The kitchen was large enough that several of us could work at the same time and it was well stocked with all the things we needed. The large living room was a great gathering place too! The game room was nice and we spent considerable time in it each night. One of the top things we used was the heated pool and hot tub, that was amazing! Coming from super cold weather in New Hampshire and being able to walk right into the pool and be warm was a highlight. This house is in a gated community so there is very little traffic and we never heard a single neighbor. We plan to return next year if we can. Thanks Wen

We had a major problem to start the vacation, it was Stella (the major snow storm) as our flight was cancelled on Sun. night , were to fly out of Hartford Conn, Tuesday morning. We finaly found a flight Monday afternoon out of Boston. But we had to change our car rental dates and had to see if we could get into the villa early. The airline ticket price was absurdly high, the car rental wanted $400.00 for extending the reservation. We finally got thru that mess. Wendy emailed us just before we left for the airport and told us we could get in Monday night. Now the fun began as the villa was just outstanding in every way, the weather was great and we had the best vacation we have ever had. We are now back in Vermont and we are going to go back to the same villa next year. As I said it was just a great place and I don not know how to improve on it.
