This gorgeous open concept, two bedroom, two bath, family room, dining area and kitchen was decorated by one of Florida’s top decorators for luxury and comfort and has all the amenities and style for discriminating tastes. We used beautiful materials like tumbled marble, Florida tile, brushed nickel and stainless steel. It comes with beautiful throw carpets, comfortable beds, reclining couches, 55″ flat screen TV, great lighting and more.
The swimming pool is located on the Gulf unlike most rentals on the Island. You will enjoy the Gulf breeze without the sound of traffic. From your balcony you can also relax and just enjoy the view of the gulf. You've got an amazing view of the crystal clear turquoise water of the Gulf, pool and courtyard from your personal balcony. Feel the warmth of the sun and gentle breeze of the Gulf while you relax and take in the view. Watch for our local dolphins going up the coast to feed then back down the coast to go home. Enjoy your breakfast, coffee and newspaper on the high top table and four chairs. In the summer when it’s hot, turn on the overhead fan and cool off. The recreation room is in the pool area and provides you with a bathroom, shower, sink, tables and a fridge to hold your drinks and snacks. Having the recreation room on site gives you the convenience of not having to go back to your unit.

Why Kids Love It
Our shed has noodles and toys! Shallow end for kids at the pool. There are usually leftover beach chairs from previous renters, but you should not expect that they will be there.
Anna Maria is 7 miles long and 1 mile wide. You can explore it on our free trolley, walk, bikes, moped, golf carts or just drive! Great restaurants at every corner, convenient grocery shopping and liquor store. Fun little boutique clothing stores all over the island. It is not a busy, beach so you will feel like you have it to yourself. Keeping track of your kids is easier when you’re not on a crowded beach. Because of our two week minimum you will not feel like you were in a hotel but rather a very exclusive resort. Once here you will never want to go home.
There are excellent restaurants at every corner as well as convenient grocery shopping, liquor store Fun clothing boutiques and beach items. It’s a quaint quiet little town that you’ll enjoy exploring.

Eat and enjoy while watching the porpoises frolic right in front of you at Rod and Reel restaurant. Watch people pull in fish right off the pier. There’s a fresh seafood store on and off the island, where you can purchase your fresh seafood, bring it home and cook it.
Eat all of your meals out on the patio while enjoying the turquoise waters of the Gulf. You’ll see porpoises and schools of fish pass by. No place in the world has better sunsets.
It won’t take you long to explore the entire island and find your favorite places.
Tampa a 45 minute drive offers you Bush Gardens zoo and amusement park and adventure Island a water park. 2 hours away is Disney World and tons of other attractions.

This Condo has amenities galore. Everything you would want for the beach, condo was beautiful and fully equipped. The best part, it was a few steps from the beach and from the balcony one can view the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. Restaurants are walkable and plentiful. Shopping at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this place away from home!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at 114 Tiffany Place at Anna Maria Island, FL.... This is our favorite beach community in Florida and now 114 Tiffany Place is our favorite condo!!! The owner is great to work with and the unit had everything you would ever want and more than you would ever expect..... Directly on the beach, Well furnished, great Gulf view, excellent on-site manager, close to very good restaurants & shopping, etc.... You will not be sorry you chose 114 Tiffany Place!!!

These condo units are right on the beach. Great view of the golf from any unit. Easy to find and they have covered parking. Our unit 114 was well appointed and the owner is very easy to keep in contact with throughout your stay. I would highly recommend this unit based on the great experience with Carolea the owner.

Crystal P.Amazing View of white sand and gorgeous Gulf!!!
We rented Tiffany Place Condo #114 over the Christmas and New Year holiday in Dec 2020. We were so please when we arrived that this building in ON the Gulf! There are no streets to cross to get to the beach! Unit #114 faced the garden area but we totally had a partial ocean view from our units balcony so we could sit on the balcony in our p.j.’s & drink our coffee while looking at the Beach & water and feeling the warm sun on our shoulders! The unit has two full bathrooms which was fantastic since we are a family of six. Most of the two bedroom units I looked at prior to booking #114 only had one bathroom. The u it is very spacious with enough room for a six person dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and also spacious. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal and the owner, Carolea, was very helpful & quick to call a repairman our to the unit. Anna Maria and Holmes Beach are gorgeous and we enjoyed our vacation immensely! We would definitely (& hope to!) rent this unit again! Thank you Carolea for a wonderful vacation memory for our family.

I've been coming to the island for 30 years and Tiffany Place is my favorite place on the Island. clean, convenient, beautifully decorated. It has all the conveniences of home. Beach chairs, grill and even a margarita bar. You will love it. Then you'll come back every year like I o. but book early because they book up fast.
