Bonnie B.Beautiful Condo with amazing water views
We stayed at the condo for the winter months over a 3 year period. The condo was spotless and furnished with everything needed for our extended vacation. The balcony offered an awesome view of the bay. Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping short distance away. Condo grounds are immaculate and the people are very friendly. Can’t say enough about the hosts Sam and Anna. They are always available for any questions or concerns.

Christine C.Comfy Condo With A View!
My two daughters and I spent a wonderful month in this fantastic unit. We had absolutely everything we needed to make it feel like home! The beds were the most comfortable ones I have ever experienced in a rental. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prep, cook and enjoy! I did not even mind doing the laundry with the view of the bay from every window. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and early evening cocktails with lots of entertainment provided by the dolphins. The complex was immaculate and very well maintained. The neighbors were friendly and full of great recommendations for local places. The location was perfect for day trips to Tampa, St. Petersburg Downtown, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key and Sarasota. The owners were extremely nice and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay in this unit again and highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this condo. Property grounds were nicely manicured and the condo was furnished with everything we needed. Unit was spacious and tastefully decorated. The balcony was larger than expected and offered spectacular daily views of sunrises, dolphins and pelicans. Downtown St. Petersburg is only 15 minutes. The beach we visited and enjoyed was less than 10 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are also convenient and offered a pleasant variety of choices. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Victoria G.Great space, relaxing stay
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had a great experience. The apartment is nicely decorated and spotless. The balcony has a great view of the bay and a great place to have evening cocktails. Anna and Sam were great hosts and were always available to answer my questions. Would recommend this rental to anybody looking for a relaxing getaway in the St. Pete area.
