Pet fee is $10.00 per night, each pet.
Weekly rates are for Saturday to Saturday only. Other check in/ checkout date will be nightly rates.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings cancelled at minimum 21 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a a full refund except the $150 deposit. Bookings cancelled 7 days or less before stay will receive no refund unless property re-books.

Comfortable beach house in a good location. Close to the beach and the golf cart was great for getting to the beach and Thomas Donuts for meals and snacks. Had all the details covered like towels, dish soap, seasonings, etc. Great fenced back yard but you have to go down stairs and through a gate to access it. That was challenging with my dog. Other than that the place was great and the host was great.

My son and I had the best two weeks at the Stutzman Cottage! Everything was clean and so very comfortable! The golf cart got a flat one evening and it was fixed first thing the next morning! Dave was great to communicate with and we hope to come back! ️️️️️

Our girls trip was amazing and comfortable at this cottage. Thr golf cart made Beach visits super easy and every comfort was inside the home. We love this quieter end of the Beach and yet minutes to every restaurant and shops. The owners are fabtastic and gracious and we loved it and will be back!!!

Just as the title says, this is a perfect home away from home!! This year was our second year staying at the Stutzman Beach Cottage and we will be staying again and again. It is always well maintained and well stocked with a little of everything you could need! Should any issues arise, the owners are on top of it! In a quiet neighborhood where traffic isn't so crazy! We love to ride the kiddos (and the fur babies too) around the neighborhoods on the golf cart. Everyone is so friendly and neighborly! The fenced backyard is perfect for my fur babies to run and play. The shower in the back is a wonderful new addition, so it makes washing the sand off from a day at the beach a breeze! Definitely recommend!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at Stutzman Beach Cottage - from the moment we walked through the door we felt at “home.” Such a cozy, adorable place with all the amenities of home. Loved having the golf cart to go back and forth to the beach, grocery store, and Thomas’ Donuts. Great location - we loved everything about this place and plan to stay again the future! Dave was very responsive when booking and if I had other questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home away from home!

What can I say other than an amazing stay, quiet neighborhood, well supplied house (the water picture was a nice addition) and being pet friendly topped it off. The house was so clean when we walked in. Loved the golf cart that was available for use although the walk to the beach was not bad. Had amazing weather the two weeks we were there so, that was a plus! Bed was comfortable and loved the floor fan for sleeping. Dave was very responsive with communication. We will be return guests for sure!
