Tile throughout with updated furniture and new flat screen TVs. WIFI throughout and HBO on all 4 TVs in unit. New King mattresses and washer & dryer in separate laundry room. The bunk room & sleeper sofa are intended for children and teens. No smoking inside or outside unit. Enjoy the 2 pools, one indoor/outdoor and other beachfront, 2 hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball court, fitness room, covered picnic area with grill and beachside outdoor picnic area. Covered parking with walkover on 2nd floor.

Damage deposit of $300 required and refunded upon departure. Credit card fees apply to refunded amounts as charged by Square.

Celadon Beach Resort is located on the West End of Panama City Beach, the last high rise! There's another family oriented resort next door and the rest of great "West End" of Panama City Beach stretches for 2 miles until you reach Pier Park. The beach, fun spots and great Restaurants of Panama City Beach extends another 11 miles until you reach St. Andrews State Park, exquisitely beautiful, a great place to visit.
Go west from Celadon and there is 5 miles of beautiful beaches with only cottages and houses through Laguna and Sunnyside Beaches. There's the shops and great restaurants in Rosemary Beach 7 miles away and then the town of Seaside just a 4 miles further.
Walk as far as you like on "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches".

Cancelation policy: Full refund (less monthly rental rate cancellation fee or $100 processing change fee)if more than 90 days prior to reservation. Ninety days to 45 days prior to reservation, re-booking fee of $300. If less than 45 days to arrival, then there will be a 25% penalty of rental. If less than 30 days, there will be no refund. State of Florida Executive Orders and PCB local ordinances will be followed.
COVID -19 GUARANTEE INCLUDED- Book our property with Confidence!! We will REFUND 100% of your reservation amount if our beaches are closed or if there are travel restrictions to our County (Bay) including Panama City Beach affecting the dates of your reservation.

This is the second time my family has had the pleasure of renting a condo at the Celadon thru Jim and Sharon. Jim is quick to respond and is amazing to work with. He makes the booking process very simple and easy. We really enjoy vacationing at the Celadon as well. Both pools are very clean and the beach is never overly crowded. The condo was well stocked and clean as always. You can tell that they take pride in what they rent! If you have the chance to book thru Jim, you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks again for such a great and relaxing week!!

Celedon vacation this fall was absolutely fantastic. I usually go, and do go every June . I have never thought of a late fall vacation, but this experience has changed my view. My stay was soooo enjoyable, the spacious condo, with a complete view, unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. Breath Taking. The Host. Jim and Sharon Cross were amazing. I look forward to next year, where I will definitely love to stay ar the same location, or at least, somewhere that they have to offer. Having a fantastic Host means the world. Smooth process, Great time. Made memories for sure.

I would first like to say this so that when someone reads this understands ,I was skeptical booking this not knowing what to expect ! Well just do it ! The condo is beautiful inside and out. Clean up to date and the view is just breathtaking.we truly enjoyed our stay here . The only thing I would say is rough is day one everyone is trying to get to the rooms so the elevators are quite slow but will ease up after that . So glad we made the decision to stay here everything it says online is up to par .Thanks for making our trip the best spent with my family

I love the location of Celadon in PCB. It’s on the quiet west end side of the beach and close to Pier Park. The condo itself was Great and very roomy-with comfortable king beds in each bedroom plus a cute bunk bed room with its own tv! There’s also a sleep sofa in living room so you could potentially sleep 8. The views from this condo are Gorgeous and the balcony is nice and roomy too. The kitchen is fully stocked if you’re wanting to cook, and there is a regular & a keurig coffee pot. The condo is decorated beautifully! I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks~the Lord blessed with two weeks of sunshine and new friends that play pickle ball! I can’t wait to come next year! ~
