Very nice house. Pool heat price could be about 10 $ The extra cost hurts. Always need hangers.towels and a extra fridge in garage would be handy. Location close to shopping and restaurants Not good if you don't have a vehicle. Check local tourist center for deals and events. Chili's grill has 2 for 1 drinks all day long . Golfing is average 50 a person.

We had a wonderful stay at Pension Florida! This was our 2nd time renting this villa and it has everything we look for in a vacation home. It’s a great location very close to attractions and there are so many restaurants, stores etc close by that we didn’t have to drive very far. Even though it’s close to a major highway, it’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive to our requests for a couple small issues that arose. Would stay here again.

What a nice house! It has everything you could want in a vacation home. A very nice pool, patio and attached BBQ area with gas grill, literally a ton of DVD's to keep everyone entertained in the evening, a seperate gaming room with a video game console and gaming chairs and a pool table. The attached garage was large enough for my fishing boat to fit inside. It also has a security system. A unique self locking keyless entry for ease of entry.and exit. The beds were very comfotable, and the kitchen had all of the dishes and pots/pans that you might need.

House was CLEAN, great location. Poll was private, fenced two sides and trees in back. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans/pots etc. Lots of movies/gaming stuff/pool table etc. The winner was the shower, fantastic. never had that much water pressure in Florida. fully recommend this one. Hope to be a regular

First impression of the villa was that it needed a little TLC on the outside. However inside it had everything you could want. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was sparkling and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The price was reasonable. The maintenance person (Dario) was very friendly and looked after any concerns we had quickly. We have stayed in that area before so were aware of what was available in the surrounding area. We would stay there again.

We had a great time renting the villa in Kissimmee, it had everything you would need, we chose to pay extra for the pool to be heated which was good as first week we had a extremely cold spell. It was 5 min drive to Walmart and also mini golf was nearby . I would chose a Florida villa again to come back and Kissimmee is great as your still only 10/15 min drive to Disney parks about about 25 to universal parks.

We Loved this home. This is the best vacation home!! It is wonderfully themed and has everything you would need!! We went down for a week and had 3 small children and they could have cared less if we went anywhere. They loved the game systems, air hockey table and the pool. They loved the kids room. My husband loved the surround sound in the living room and the grill outside. I myself loved the master bath and kitchen. It had everything we could think of and didn't thing of bringing!!!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Kissimmee, this is the home for you. For your money, you will not get a better property than this. It is clean, comfortable & had everything we needed for our vacation.The pool was a godsend. It got hot while we were there & that was where we spent most of our time. It was only my wife & me & we relaxed for 10 days & enjoyed our home away from home. We had a couple of minor issues that arose but were dealt with within hours. I would reccommend this home to anyone. If you have children, this place is perfect. The home had toys, floaties for the pool, & 2 bedrooms decorated for the kids. TV's in every room, a sound stereo, books to read, it had everyting. Thank you David for making me feel like I had the comforts of home while on vacation. We only used the master bedroom, bed & pillows were etremely comfortable.

The house was very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool and the game room very much. It was a very pretty house with lots of things to do. Only problem all the movies were in German which we couldn'nt watch but there was a big selection to choose from.
