A gas grill is downstairs for your fish to cook fresh out of the ocean.
Plenty of parking space at the front of the house for one boat trailer and 2 cars.
Only one boat allow on the property at all time length up to 25 feet.
Fishing is allow from the dock but do not throw any fish or lobster heads in the canal. Please use on of the garbage can provided for your convenience

We cannot split the 28 days between 2 months (14 days each month)
The checking date is the 1 or the 3rd of each month, except for February because it is of a short month of 28 days the checking date is the first.
The maximum rental time for one tenant will be 3 months.
One boat on the dock maximum of 30 feet limit one boat on the property.
You can park 3 cars and a boat trailer in the front of the property. No additional charges.
The use of the washing machine and dryer is free of charge.
We allow 2 dogs max weight 50lbs non-refundable deposit of $200.00 for one and $250.00 for 2 please pick up after you dog
Cleaning fees are $200.00 for the month or the stay

Finally bought the house for fishing and diving perfect location also on the water.
It is a very charming house key style decorated. All the amenities you will never need.
Very quiet and safe residential only . The canal is nice and clear. You can even fish from the dock.

This canal front home is close enough to everything to be convenient, yet far enough away from everything to be private and secluded. Easy access to the Atlantic and Gulf for boating, close to picnic island for fun in the sun with friends and pets, and equally distance location from restaurants and attractions in both Marathon, FL and Key West, FL!Everything you need is supplied in this home … literally pack your toothbrush and your clothes and you’re all set!
