You can enjoy everything going on the beach and glorious sunset over the gulf from the large balcony as well as the living room and dining area. The king size bed in the bedroom and trundle bed in the living room provide ample space for 4 to sleep comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top /breakfast bar and all the gadgets provides all the facilities to cook a gourmet dinner if you desire. In case you are not in the mood to cook, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance including next door Pineapple Willie’s to satisfy your taste buds.
The unit is equipped with free high speed Wi-Fi internet service. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and one wall mounted TV in the bedroom as well as DVD player for your entertainment when you are not enjoying outdoor activities as there is plenty to do nearby with Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Wonder Works located less than 5 minute walking distance.
Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, St. Andrews State Park and outdoor mall Pier Park are only a short driving distance away.

Guest renting the unit has to be at least 25 years of age and has to stay with the rest of the group.
Initial deposit of 15% of total (minimum $200) is due at the time of reservation (non-refundable after 24 hours). Balance is payable in full by a month before start of the rental period. Deposit will be forfeited and reservation cancelled if full payment is not received by 30 days before the start date.
Cancellation Policy: No refund if canceled after six weeks before the start date. Payment will be refunded (minus the initial deposit) if cancelled before that period. Please consider buying Travel Guard or comparable travel insurance for peace of mind in case your travel plan changes.
Guests have to purchase parking pass for $30 and $5 per person armbands plus tax for the entire stay from the front office upon arrival.

"Happy to know that you enjoyed your vacation in Sunbird. The unit has recently been updated with new furnishings including multiple lamps and decorative items. Living room furnitures (sectional sofa, recliner) and kitchen appliances (glass top cooking range, dishwasher) were replaced about a year ago. A/C unit is brand new though it works in background. Perhaps bold wall colors are not to everyone's liking. We may decide to have additional updates including using muted wall colors in future."

The pictures to view foe this condo doesn't do it justice. We loved the easy access to the beach and all of the pools. The view from the balcony was AMAZING. To the right you see the beach and the left you have a city view. The best of both worlds.

SjSunbird 1107E - Great Location
Great experience. Condo was right on the beach with easy access. Direct Ocean view with balcony. Plus located in a gated community with three pools. Condo had most everything we needed. Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pot holders, etc. complete kitchen. Bath had plenty of towels, washcloths, hand soap, tissue.... Extra pillows and cover, iron and ironing board.... Everything worked. The reservation was a smooth transaction. This was my first time booking like this....but the information was spot on... With No surprises! Elevators were very efficient...practically no wait. Staff was very friendly and helpful also. You could actually find someone if you needed assistance....unlike some larger resorts. Parking was convenient and it was easy to get in and out. In addition, there were several stores and restaurants within walking distance.... However, I chose to drive, since I had my 83 year old Dad with me. Definitely recommend staying here. Accommodations and pricing were both good.

Great location next door to Pineapple Willy’s. Elevators are quick to the 11th floor. Small condo but has everything you need with an amazing view. Loved sitting outside overlooking the beach in the morning and of the evenings. Steps to the beach and kids loved the pool.

Great location. Could not have been better in Panama City Beach. Right on the beach, on the 11th floor, overlooking the beach. Great views of the sunsets. Within walking distance of Walmart, restaurants, although some were closed for January, and stores. Very quiet location. Hardly any traffic on the roads. Nice unit and great response on any problems. Staff at the complex very friendly and responsive.

We just got back from a week in this condo and we were very impressed with our for the price! Wonderful ocean views, right next to pineapple willy’s and one of the pools/beach access is back open! Our door code didn’t work when we arrived but owner answered phone when we called and got it working for us very timely! Felt very secure in and around the condo as you have to have a code to get in or out any gates. Would stay again for sure!

Amazing view at the sunbird and beach access, also security is great at the sunbird.Sunbird is under some construction/remodeling but did not hamper our stay, pool was closed not a deal breaker for us.In a great location I love pineapple willey's and will be returning in the future.
